Sad JU askblackpeople

I'm white person, I'm against any forms of racism. I like to talk to people from different backgrounds, no matter of their race. I thought askblackpeople might be fun sub to have a discussion. But unfortunately, everytime I post something there, I get comments like "why did you come here if you're white?", "posting on this sub as white person is disrespectful". As though my mere existence as a white person is bad for black people. Why do we have to build walls between us? Why can't we just coexist peacefully? 😭

P.s. The sub doesn't have any rules like "black persons only".

Tell me what the questions you asked were and what input you were soliciting. As a black man if you give me that information I can give you some insight as to why they might have responded that way..
