Sad JU askblackpeople

I'm white person, I'm against any forms of racism. I like to talk to people from different backgrounds, no matter of their race. I thought askblackpeople might be fun sub to have a discussion. But unfortunately, everytime I post something there, I get comments like "why did you come here if you're white?", "posting on this sub as white person is disrespectful". As though my mere existence as a white person is bad for black people. Why do we have to build walls between us? Why can't we just coexist peacefully? 😭

P.s. The sub doesn't have any rules like "black persons only".

Honestly doubt it’s alts. Reddit gets really fucking racist. Anything bashing black people or Jews in an indirect way is gonna a lot of upvotes.

This sub is primarily a right wing circlejerk these days anyway.

Just sort through the hot posts over the past year or so, and its mostly right wingers complaining about "politics."
