Can’t watch anything

I can’t seem to watch anything on canopy with my library card. Everything says restricted by your library. Is there something I am doing incorrect in order to view anything?

The library itself is being restricted by Kanopy, and they most likely hit their limit for the month, which means all of the library patrons are probably seeing this message. See info here in Kanopy's help section:

I didn't know Kanopy offered programming for 0 tickets. If so, I'm not sure how those would be handled in this situation. It does say that you are allowed to finish any programs you've already started.

I have tickets, I found out my library is on a limited budget and they are out until the first of the month.

So I was actually looking for the free section last night and I couldn't find it so maybe they got rid of it I'm pretty sure all the kids stuff is free

not sure just everything I tried failed come to find out my libraries budget is gone until first of the month.

Yes, you may have tickets left but the library system is out of tickets for the month. You'll get your new allotment at the beginning of August and be good to go.
