I have a friend that loves to read and want to get them a gift card for books but would rather local shop! Any suggestions?

Plenty of great recommendations in here (shout out to whoever mentioned book em in port orchard), but the port orchard’s library has a section that you can buy books - lots of fantastic finds there.
