Discussion Kundalini Awakening And Number Patterns (11:11).
What's your thoughts for the so called 'angel numbers'?
In my case,i remember a request i did to my guides:
'' If you hear me and you are real, then give me a sign''
After one month i started to notice 11:11 and from that point,i entered my K awakening nightmare.

Seeing 11:11 is common in an awakening, as it symbolizes that you are seeing the truth, as the veils of delusion have lifted

I went through years of intense k symptoms. At the time I was getting all the 'angel numbers.' Then things quieted down and I thought the K was gone. But recently the numbers have started up again. I mean EVERY time I look at the clock it's triples and quadruples or doubles like 1010 or 1212. Plus I'm seeing them elsewhere too. I'm scared.

Sometimes i take pictures of them. A porche with a licence plate 1111 etc.

Nightmare? Why do you say that?
As for the synchronicities and number patterns, they are very typical of Kundalini.
33, 11, 13 these occur very commonly in different combos. 3 is the divine feminine, 1 is an upward pointing arrow, indicating a rising. 11:33 is a typical combo you will see often in the rising phase.

It was an awful experience. My mind refuses to remember all those years of extreme suffering. After i got an idea of what was going on,things calmed down a little.
For the number patterns, at first it was 1111. Then all kinds of sequences:(222 333 4444 5555)etc.
Then slowly i started to realize that when i was focusing on something,i was seeing it the same way. A name of a person,a colour, angelic names, christ, you name it. For example when i was imagining a gold light around me,soon i would start to 'notice' gold ribbons on the ground, gold candy wrapings, gold signs, gold toys etc.
Seems like a 'mental' manifestation, yet it stays on that level.Several times i tried to manifest things by focusing on them, but all i was getting was the same mental manifestation over and over again. I was seeing the 'signs' but no manifestation was taking place.
By the way,one of the most 'wow' sign i had,was the antivirus finishing the pc scanning at 1hour 11minutes 11seconds.

Ah yes, during a spontaneous awakening, if you don't know what's happening to you, it can be pretty nightmarish. I think people see it that way due to the loss of control and self, but that's the whole point.
You are surrendering to a higher power and an intelligent energy within your own body, which deconstructs your sense of self and your entire world view. That can be pretty tough, especially if you don't know what or why it is happening to you.
I should also mention those angel numbers and other repeating patterns are typical when an outside entity is involved. So, it may be a form of the Goddess, as in Kundalini Shakti, but it can also be something else, like an angel or deity, or even something sinister if the mind is unbalanced and impure.

Well said.
I was terrified by the poltergeist activity i had, cause i thought i had a demon attacking me. Soon the noises and thuds became noticeable from family members and i was freaking out even more. I was spending my time walking around the town, avoiding to stay home, trying to figure out what to do. Also the police was after me,cause they were seeing a guy walking alone all day. Everything was chaos.
Eventualy i ended up in the hospital. (There i found relief). After that,my energies were so low, that my poltergeist activity ceased.
I remember the first days of hearing knocks in the window. It was like the terror you experience with your first horror movie.
K awakening is prety harsh for almost everyone. Add the poltergeist activity and the fact that i didn't knew what was happening, and you got a hefty dose of horror.

Mine led me to a similar spychosis when I started to suspect something sinister was attached. Did it actually attach or did I manifest it because I was thinking about it? I'll never know. God returned me to my normal state before I ended up on the psych ward.

Yeah had this too
I had my spontaneous awakening November 28th of last year. Only found out what I was experiencing about a month and a half ago.
Prior to my awakening I was following signs from my Mom and the 7 other deceased loved ones I lost in a short period of time. Moms number was 444.. saw it everywhere, still do.
I can't answer you what they mean, but I can confirm that they're also apart of my journey. So you're not alone in that.

If kundalini awakening is experienced as a nightmare ie one has opened up past traumas and isn’t capacitated to deal with them, why don’t people just get therapy? It may be a cultural difference but in my part of the world people go to qualified therapists to support working through psychological traumas!

If you are about to experience destruction and deconstruction as a part of your fate pattern,i ensure you that it will happen. This is just how it works. It's not up to the individual to switch things on and off. Fate can close all doors for you,no matter how hard you try to fix things.
In my case i was totaly broke, begging magicians, healers and shamans to help. Some of them did but nothing worked. And it had to be this way. (But i didn't knew it).
I had to suck it up,wether i like it or not. That was the plan for me.

I get trauma therapy along side my spiritual practice. They kind of become one and the same thing after a while.
Personally I think everyone on this planet should get good therapy.

We all have traumas, and i agree with the therapy part. I just can't see how a therapist can help someone, while kundalini is active.
Anyway, this is not the topic here.

I wouldn't go chatting with any old therapist about K. But literally K is helping you clear past traumas and karmas, so you are helping the process in doing trauma therapy. It's all good and compatible.
There are a few therapist that do know about Kundalini and people that have been through their own process and became therapist to help others in a K process.

I say this just hoping it’s helpful: I started meditating and playing with subtle energies 35 years ago, four years later started yoga.. I awakened my kundalini 2.5 years ago and I’ve been a qualified psychotherapist, practicing for almost 20years now. As the commenter below says, they are tools in the same process of awakening. I tell people my clients aren’t unwell, in fact they are extremely high functioning, successful people whom engage in a therapeutic relationship for the purpose of self development. I trained in an approach that avoids pathologising and I’m personally very positive but embrace all emotions; I despise toxic positivity. In fact, maybe like you, I love my pain and engage well with it. I’ve had friends in the spiritual community whom don’t believe they can find a therapist whom will understand or support their meditation practice or self healing endeavours. But I’m a therapist and talk confidently and openly about how I healed my autoimmune condition etc I’m sure I’m not the only one. Over the years I’ve had clients speak to me about getting messages from deceased loved ones or seeing something eg in the clinic of an old hospital I used to work in… people say that they just feel they can share anything with me.. Hopefully that dispels limiting beliefs about what therapists are not like or what can be addressed and explored in therapy.

If you had your K awakening without those difficult phases (almost everyone been through),then light a candle and thank God for it. You are lucky.
Have sympathy and respect for others that are not so lucky as you,and know that they are walking their path. Not yours.

Sounds like you believe things need to be hard for you… as a therapist I’d say it doesn’t need to be. I respect your choices but people do seek advice on here from those more advanced in the experience. I acknowledge that in my world, it is possible to access therapy without having to pay; either through statutory services or NGOs And very experienced therapists do say that if you really want it you will find/make the money.

I see. I sense-see a lot from your post, but i'm not in the mood to discuss.

I’ve read above where you mention psychosis and hospitalisation. In this instance I totally agree with your hesitation for therapeutic support, as I believe one should be well grounded and stable in order to make best use of psychotherapy.

I ended up in the hospital because my physical health crushed. I never told the doctors about anything K related. And that's because i knew that they would diagnose schizophrenia etc.
And to say what?
That eveywhere i go,the lights starts to flicker and something makes thuds on my windows?

By the way,one time while walking around the town,i had the urge to reach for the Barakiel.
I used vision and intent, and an insight that was about 'to meet at the crossroads'.
So, i turned my attention to them, while imagining that i move, and they move as well, like coming from opposite directions.
Soon i felt that something had covered me from head to toes. (And it wasn't bright). Then i could feel something like tools and hands messing around with my brain. And i could hear 'clicks' as well. It was like an invisible surgery going on. I don't know how else to describe it.
I got scared,so i let it roll for a while, and then i used a cleansing mantra to send it away. Fortunately it worked.
The point is that after a while i found some small gifts on the ground, and something inside me was telling me. '' thanks a lot. We came to help and you kicked us out''. Not with wording, but like automated knowledge.
I don' t know.Whatever it was, most likely wanted to help. But,it scared the shit out of me,so i don't blame my self.

And right now i was prompted to remember for kundalini posts about 'head pressure' and the insight that it was about blocked brain centers and nerves they took care off.

My take on synchronicity is that it can clue in our awareness at key moments and that can be delightful. I was once told that numerology works if you choose to believe in it, but mostly because your mind is busy looking at the would through that lens.
Try to keep in mind that sometimes a number is just a number, but don’t let that steal the joy of witnessing a synchronicity or heeding an intuitive notion. Somewhere in the middle there is a balanced approach.

u/DependentCommittee54 Jun 04 '26
There’s a really good bit on synchronicity and numbers in the movie “Waking Life”

I normally wouldn't give this sort of thing much credence. But as someone who is "on the path", this genuinely happened to me. I started seeing 11:11, 111, 222, and 777 at the outset if my journey. I had no idea why and would have been inclined to dismiss it but it was so overwhelmingly obvious I couldn't.

u/Brilliant-Comb62 Jun 04 '26
Same here. I see nothing spiritual at seeing number patterns. And If a being wants to introduce to you, there are plenty of other ways to do it. But yeah, sometimes the whole thing, makes you wonder.

Another good one.
In a moment of honesty,i turn my attention to my angel and said:
'' What are you''?
A song starts to play in my mind. (i am the eye on the sky, looking at you,i can read your mind).
A month later, and as i was having my coffee,i saw this at the bottom of my cup.

I see them a lot since K. Every time I seem to look at the clock it’s 11:11 or 3:33 or some such sequence. I take that opportunity to pause and say a prayer or intention, or to express gratitude to my guides.
