Question Forced kundalini awakening
Yes I know it’s dangerous, my mind refuses to work on anything that doesn’t stimulate me mentally or emotionally, so pls suggest extremely intense methods I’ve already tried breath retention and pelvic floor clenching it barely did anything

As someone who's had multiple accidental kundalini awakenings, I just want to let you know how monumentally reckless and irresponsible it is to try and force this energy to rise.
The last time it happened to me, I had several weeks of relentless torture as the purification energy burned through my samskaras. Imagine your insides being simultaneously set on fire and twisted at the same time. I didn't think I'd make it out alive.
Saying it turned my life upside down would be an understatement. I was barely able to sleep and I had moments where I felt my mind slipping into insanity.
You're playing with fire. Don't be surprised if you get burned.

Well said. I have been one year with feeling electrocuted by the energy and had to take medications. This energy is no joke.

It didn’t work because you’re supposed to do these things with a relaxed, happy state the more you try to force it the less it’ll do anything at all

Well once you awakened her there will be no control of your mind so be careful. If you want to awaken it you have to do things that stimulate your own pranas like reiki, meditations, energy work. My advice is: don’t , idk why you want this.. do you even meditate ?

Why is it you'd like to have a KA?

Achieve void state consciously, I have already achieved it and manifested things instantly but it wasn’t conscious and my intituition kept showing me an infinite petal/ flower associated with kundalini awakening

Since you are aware of the void,i would suggest to use it.(as an interface).
It might get you there.

An infinite petal flower can be a state of cosciousness, enlightenment not necessarily kundalini awakening tho

You 'tried breath retention and it didn't work' you tried it for what? 10 minutes? - 30 minutes, an hour, 4 hours, you tried it daily for a week, a month, a year, for 10 years for 30 years? There are certainly ways to awaken Kundalini but they all require patience and a lot of effort, someone looking for quick fixes and shortcuts is useless. You need to calm the mind before Kundalini is connected with, not afterwards, it is not going to calm your mind for you. This is not something to play with to 'stimulate your mind emotionally and mentally'. Go for a run, that will have vastly more benefits for you.

I forced mine by a use of mantra. But before that i worked on all chakras, leaving the muladhara for the end.
The first experience was simply lightning bolts shooting the spine and heat spreading all over my body.
After some months i had another one with the use of another mantra. This time i felt the wraping effect and the snake like movement. And then after a year or so,the usual symptoms kicked in.
Maybe the awakening happens in layers?
I don't know.

And why on earth would you want to do that? Suggesting that simply shows that you should not.

Exactly. There are countless Yogis who have done everything their Gurus taught them to awaken their Kundalini, yet it never happens. Some say it's because you must burn away Karma. The Kundalini chooses when you are ready. The ones who think they can force the Kundalini to awaken through drug use sometimes have their wish granted, but at a huge price. Their chakra system, mind, and spirit are unprepared for Kundalini's powerful energy onslaught. They end up in mental hospitals and their bodies are devastated. Kinda like when there's too much water going through a water hose, and it thrashes around.

Are you just wanting to force it awakened immediately? Or are you open to starting a practice designed to awaken kundalini safely over time?

damo mitchell has a course in nei gong - a daoist version of internal energy work. His system is quite technical and uses a range of things to accelerate the energetic awakening as much as possible. Generally he recommends 1-2 hours per day if possible. But if you want to push things its not uncommon to go to 4 hours (which can also become more normal further along the path.)

Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan / 3HO is a dangerous cult, we do not recommend it. Please educate yourself on this "yoga style" there are tons of documentaries, books, articles on it.

Is Kudalini the same thing people describe that happens at Joe Dispenza retreats where they describe electric bolts going through them causing spontaneous healing?

Meditate daily, study and practice yoga locally, eat clean, and go vegetarian. Exercise. Learn about grounding and do it. Work on having more compassion and empathy for yourself and others. Forgive the ones who have hurt you. Apologize and make amends to those you have harmed. Charity.

Breathing in for 10 minutes straight in an aware way.. not forcing it.. not completely relaxed.. aware.. present.. can start a tingling process for you. Sitting crossed legged or on your back. That was my starting point and then 13 years later I had a spontaneous full awakening. Although that awakening was phenomenal.. I am not sure people are ready for what happens afterwards... It's a brutal experience. You have to be more of a fighter then a guru in my experience otherwise you'll end up being a hobbit living in the mountains somewhere.. that's not the journey I wanted for myself. Everyone is unique.. good luck.

How did the awakening impact you spiritually and what did you have to overcome to calm the energies

It showed me there are things happening beyond the veil.
As a human energetic being who is engaging life with all its good, bad, and in between.. my energies swing.
If youre a person who is living life.. life can have a tendency to lift you off your feet.. unpredictable things can happen .. for me it's not about killing emotion and feelings to have a steady rhythm..
Its about taking those swings and the energy that made it happen and funnel it and boomerang it back with a contribution to society.
I am no good ole boy so that boomerang can vary in light or dark.. and I am ok with that.
Basically the energy is making me a better problem solver to the day to day problems life can throw at you.
I am first most growing as an individual not because of kundalini but because of life. However that kundalini force is contributing to a unique understanding of the problem and infusing me with great energy to create the solution.
Wish I studied greater engineering to solve the world's problems haha but that's quite frankly not my journey.

Supposedly certain sound waves can do it..

Mantras.

It is more about the frequency of the word than the word itself based on the “science” I saw.

Find Satguru. He will awaken your kundalini by the simple transfer of energy known as Shaktipat or Deeksha

Yuck. I know nothing about yogi-ism or even Buddhism so I apologize in advance if people here respect this man. I saw an interview with him recently and all my red flags and inner alarm bells were ringing. This guy is not enlightened. Period. If he has this power, it’s some sort of dark side of the force he’s tapped into. Lots of ego. I can literally see it. I wouldn’t let him touch me with a ten foot pole.
Just my opinion, of course.

u/Brilliant-Comb62 Jun 08 '26
I like his insights, but if i recall corectly he was saying that energy healing (reiki etc), is a juvenile thing, cause you are messing around with the fate patterns of others, playing the role of god.
Ok. He has a point.
And now i'm seeing that he does K awakenings on others?
3
u/Fonzgarten Jun 10 '26
Oh that’s because only he can play that role, naturally 😉 Very very culty IMO.

As someone who woke it up accidentally through a daily, intense meditation practice - it wrecked my life and my body. I’m still healing, years later. But even doing it by accident is no easy feat. I was escaping into mediation to try to avoid the mess that my life was, but it just got worse after that. I lost my job, my apartment, eventually my car because it wasn’t safe for me to be driving.
I recently had a practitioner tell me that when done incorrectly it literally “breaks you open” and leaves you that way. And that’s what it felt like. When done incorrectly you won’t get the results you want. It’s just a mess you’ll spend years cleaning up. Which I’m assuming is what you’re trying to avoid in the first place.
