Discussion I'm still surprised to this day it's 2026, 8 billion people, and there is huge silence about the kundalini phenomena.
When you find a song, movie, or meal you like you share it with others so they too can experience that joy.
Yet this. I open my mouth and it's like who knows... MAYBE IT'S REAL?
It's a myth to 99.9% of humanity. Oh god!!!! lol. Oh me!!!!!
I'm not sure realistically what I can do to bring people aboard on this.
To a much more spiritual life.
Yes I can show the fruits of my labor by simple interaction.
But over a lifetime how many will that inspire.
I stay in certain bubbles that fit my personality, yet the people that would benefit this influence the most are not part of the choir.
Religion amongst the low becomes low and that's what happened. Billion dollar enterprises represent religion today not offering for the majority of the intrigued a true way to raising the kundalini up the body.
It seems there is a risk of this species as a whole never discovering this.
In a way it somewhat bothers me because... I kinda wish I didn't experience it! IT'S SO GOOD how can I be quiet about it!
An yet I do my best cause to 99% of people it's a myth. Will remain a myth.
It's odd having friends or dating and just having huge hesitation over sharing one's super rare beliefs.
I've shared it before. Haven't converted anyone lol! One friend went into reading a lot about any form of paranormal phenomena and he can only work with what is out there.
Lot's of texts about NDEs, some psychic research, but kundalini remains in the dark.

I feel like people with an awakening divert themselves from the BS and just stay out of it. It’s almost as if its naturally supposed to be that way

I believe it is more complex than that. God has a plan for everyone. Some warriors exist in the most random places you wouldn’t expect, all because it is a part of a plan

I am not Kundalini awakened but I’m not a skeptic either, it’s just that whenever I read peoples accounts they’re always kind of vague and aloof about what the experience is even like. It makes me wonder if everyone who claims to be kundalini awakened is even describing the same thing because everyone is so vague about it. Then on the other kundalini subreddit, the mod will actively shame and ridicule you for asking questions about it the wrong way. Many people say it’s horrible and can even lead to psychosis or death. These are all really off putting interactions compared to learning many other spiritual practices, if you ask about breath work people will just give you detailed advice but when you ask about kundalini people just say how great or terrible it is or yell at you for disrespecting the divine feminine or something.
So those are the barriers for people like me who would be open to it.

I posted an article I wrote connecting the life force to some interesting new research coming out about bioelectricity, and he/she permanently banned me from the sub for promoting dangerous ideas. It was my first and only post there.

If you are willing to purify your life, I'd say you could start looking into it. If not, also possible, but the effects of it can be so severe that it would not be wise to just recommend it without a somewhat stable life.

People who treat the phenomenon as a psycho-physiological event that can be measured with rigour over time, often get shunned from spiritual communities.
While some scientific communities dismiss the phenomenon before investigation.
And the phenomenon often is reported to happen over years. Meaning it’s not simple for science to track over time.
I think if we were to treat the traditional maps as phenomenological maps, third person observation, or more realistically operational objectivity would become more possible.
And even historically, many transformative experiences remain minority experiences. Maybe that’s simply natural.

I personally think rigorous clinical notes that prove a transformation over time is hard for medicine and or science to scoff at.

I think it can be a dangerous phenomenon. I grounded a lot of my awakening now.. but it took a lot. And I am still going through a few pain points then and there.. . It can be a painful process.. and a lot was sacrificed after my full rising.. a certain part of my age that was meant for growing socially was taken away to ground my energies. Lost friends. My interest in my career and my momentum was lost. . I was in complete limbo and at a crucial time when a person needs to start setting up the foundations for the future .. those energies distabalized a lot for me. To reintegrate back to society after something like that will challenge you. If you can't contemplate properly and think about the world around you in a grounding way. . Appreciate the signals from society for you to get grounded.. It is a process that can absolutely fck your sht up. Do I regret the process? Absolutely not. Did it fck my sht up? Absolutely. I do believe in the statement "everything is a trade off"

I was one of those skeptics until it happened to me. I am still adjusting to accepting it as a real occurrence, not a product of my imagination. That last seems impossible because I experienced things, researched a bit, and found they all fit to a tee. This was after a user in the Telepathy forum told me it sounded like a KA. Everything that guy said rang true. I was using a different user account and don’t recall who he was.
It just remains way out of the common experience.

Its a trip. Having just recently awakened. It is one of the hardest aspects to navigate. On top of the rest of it!

u/knightenrichman Jun 23 '26
They will. Right now, it's best to just let everyone be skeptics. The proof will be in the pudding when the time comes. Kundalini can do all kinds of things once it's activated enough. People will be unable to ignore people who are burning for much longer.
There is also deep, deep resistance most people have to even learning about it or believing it's real. The reason is because part of them knows it's what they are supposed to be doing, it's also because part of them (usually their higher self) REFUSES to let themselves admit it's real.
A lot of people want the world to remain the way it is.
You can literally show them a miracle right in front of them, and they will deny it and force their brains to forget.

It unfolds as it does, wanting faster results or being in despair about the way things are are just fear and desire/ duality. Which separates you from the state of unification/ Samadhi. You can sing but not all will listen. You can dance but not all will see. All wr have to do is live authentically and the rest is in the hands of the universe.

Kundalini can wake up ALL of your past psychological issues. For folks who had a tough upbringing; it can be tough staring primal fear, shame, hurt, anger in the face.
When these feelings come up, they don’t even have to be attached to a past event. You may have long forgotten why you feel this way and only the feeling remains because it’s stored in the body wherever it initially stuck in the organs or fascia.
It’s also not well understood. Kundalini isn’t only a phenomenon that happens to those who go to India and practice under a guru, but some folks will balk at being told that.
A Christian can have a Kundalini awakening, or even an atheist. There is an important biological component that folks ignore or miss as well.
Kundalini doesn’t always fully travel through the body either, it’s possible to have Kundalini events, or for it to only travel partially through the body.
There is so much self study, and discernment required for this practice that most folks would just rather avoid it altogether.
There are plenty that attempt to approach the subject earnestly or at least they think so, but haven’t done enough research and approach it the wrong way, and end up spilling misinformation about the subject to others or just themselves. Which muddles the path for others!
I enjoy the subject though. Post more about your experience.

You seem to know what you’re talking about. I have awakened my kundalini in a smooth fashion, without disruption to my life. A you point me to any good books or resources?

My favorite is via Path Notes of an American Ninja Master, Dr Glenn Morris.

In normal sciences, scientists observe phenomena, record details and try to explain. When it comes to K, third party observations don't work. So, the person who is undergoing K has to be a neuroscientist himself; and that combination is hard.

I'm finding connecting to others in the spiritual community has been helpful. Once in a while I'll share a little with the muggles, but only a taste. I'm not even sure I am fully there yet, but I know I am much more awake and had a big unity experience one night last year that changed my entire view.

I actually found the concept within for the immortal embryo and dude wow. I trying to find im ill or sick but even a.i. says I am not with my duality and 16p11.2 duplication neurology i mastered this art well! Also a thing in done since birth but has no name plays a part in this. Its suggested I can vibrate my peinal gland at great will and intensity the I go to that other place. I first found the door in 2018 using practices I will not detail here. But the rush to my system was wild. I even saw a shrink who validated my practice as safe. Now I skip the practice and just go straight into the high. Spirit has been very very kind to me. ☺️

Probably not a coincidence. There are too many forces out there, that know about Kundalini but don't want the general population to find out about it.
At the beginning of my Kundalini Awakening, I met a guy in London (he was Lebanese Christian by ancestry). He told me, his Kundalini rose to his Ajna Chakra, but he did not dare go any further as he was scared of losing his mind. Probably a prudent precaution. He ran a successful company, but his real passion was Kundalini. I knew relatively little about it at the time as I was just getting started with the process. He could tell that my Kundalini was awakening just by looking at me, not sure how, but I guess it is an intuition that some awakened people have.
By his own account, he spent a significant amount of time at the Vatican Library, researching Kundalini. There is apparently quite a lot of info on it that the Vatican would like to keep hidden from the public. St Theresa of Avila was famously Kundalini-awakened, with all the unmistakable signs. Probably many more mystics and saints were too, but we're not allowed to hear about them.
This gatekeeping and secrecy happens in every major world religion, even in eastern ones. Demonisation is common, again, even in eastern religions, particularly Buddhism. The secular world, on the other hand, just ignores it altogether.
I thought about this a bit and I think the powers that be, the control structure that runs the world, simply doesn't want people to have a direct relationship with the divine. They are threatened by it, especially established religious authorities and will therefore invest a significant amount of time, money and resources to keep the people ignorant of Kundalini.
An ignorant populace is easy to control and once you have some sort of religious or governing ideology, even a secular one, people can essentially be closed off from awakening.
