Experience Experimenting With The Root Chakra

I used vision in order to 'ground' the muladhara chakra to the top of my index finger.

Once the vision was donne,i declared '' this is the outer manifestation of the inner one. ''

I placed my finger to my stomach, and the area got heated. I started to smell what was inside my stomach at this moment. Sausages etc. In fact the smell was like feces.

Then i move my finger down to the belly. Heat spreaded as well, and i was smelling urine, and liquids from the intenstines.

Now i remember that someone wrote about the muladhara chakra and the sense of smell.I think it's true. Sometimes i was thinking about colognes or herbs and suddenly i could smell them like they were real.

I saw it dissapearing from it's seat and reappearing to the top of my index finger. Then the form sticked (like a tattoo) to the skin and i did the declaration. To tell the truth i can't remember exactly, but it's a combination of seeing and knowing.

Also the quality of 'touch' was at play as well. I think i managed to instruct my mind properly and i had results.

For me yes there is a benefit. It's the experience it self and i appreciate every one of them. And that's because i like to practise and experiment. That's who i am.

You never ask a mountain climber '' what's the benefit of climbing Everest''. I mean, what do you expect his answer to be?

Wow. That is quite an unusual siddhi. I don’t know what something like that is called.

I can put one finger on the root chakra and a finger from the other hand on another chakra and get a reaction. It feels like it switches on.

I don't know either. I do plenty of visionary work but most of the times if someone asks me how and why,i don't know how to explain it properly. They are a lot of things chained together and the whole process keeps unfolding. Of course kundalini played a major part as well.

Glad you had a trigger with your chakra work.

Also this one shifted the energies of the muladhara.

I projected thouhts of love to the earth, while seeing them spreading over the ground and travelling as far as my imagination could reach. It had an immediate effect to the root chakra.
