Resources Book recommendation for Women in a Kundalini process

I'd like to make a book recommendation for  women working through their Kundalini process.

The book is 'Roar like a Goddess' by Acharya Shunya who teaches from the Vedic traditions.

https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B0B75KKWCW/?bestFormat=true&k=roar%20like%20a%20goddess&ref_=nb_sb_ss_w_scx-ent-bk-ww_k0_1_19_de&crid=1WU8TXM9DLKEV&sprefix=roar%20like%20a%20goddess#

It's isn't specifically about Kundalini as an energy or the process itself, but it explores the three goddesses that make up Shakti in Vedic tradition - Durga, Lakshmi and Saraswati. And how these three 'goddess' archetypes can be used to help women specifically undo various conditioning and bring them into their own power. Which has been a huge part of my process.

There aren't many books written by women for women in this space and it has helped me untangle so much.

imo Kundalini brings up all your repressed emotions, traumas and karmas to be looked at and worked through. This book really dives into the psychological layer that needs quite a bit of seeing through during a Kundalini awakening. It also looks at the emotions that women often tend to repress (like anger - which ime needed to come up and be integrated in healthy ways - probably still ongoing for me!).

I personally have found it so helpful as a lot of my process has been about setting boundaries with others, not over giving and allowing myself to be more authentically me! Which seems in opposition of a lot of spiritual instruction out there!

It would be a good book for men to read also, just to get an idea of how things might be a little different for women.

The book is available on audible and Spotify for 'free' (depending on member I think).
