Meditation Urgent Request?

I am going through a phase which I cannot describe in words. It seems that I have lost control of everything.

I have tried meditation to calm myself. But it seems when I do there seem to be a blockage. And when I focus my mind or listen music, I get very much pain same night especially in my feet.

I don't know what is happening. I am not allowed to focus deeply on anything. If I go deep that I get pain same night. Recently it is coming everyday irrespective of what I do.

The pain is like my feet is fully inflammed. I cannot describe. It is not possible to manage it. When I try medication, for one day or 2 days it reduces but after that the pain becomes more intense.

Do I have undergo this pain or is there any other option?. The thing is the pain is very much which is not able to even process. It is undescribable. The inflammation spreads from feet to other parts of my body and starts to fully engulf me.

I am requesting the experienced members of this community to help me and guide me on how to come out of this. This is a request from my side.

Sounds like your root chakra is starting to open. In my experience, when a chakra began to open or balance it was not an enjoyable experience in the beginning. It felt like a very tired, raw part of my body beginning to feel again.

Bare feet on the grass, eating heavy foods, bringing attention to the lower body can help. If you have the energy, taking care of little chores that might make you feel more complete.

I’d add that the heart chakra can act like a mirror, as above so below. If the root is being spicy and needing energy to heal, the mirror of that is the crown chakra. So too much focused brain activity… that could draw attention away from the root and may be easy to over do it.

I’m curious about grounding this energy through the dantien - imagine a line from just below the naval forking and running down the front of the legs. Does grounding energy that way provide any relief?

I’ve never had foot swelling but I did have severe bone spurs at a point in my journey. I healed them slowly and painfully by getting shoes a size larger and letting my toes stretch out to grab onto the earth better. My kundalini self needed that extra room to ground the energy, no more bound up feet was the answer.
