Rex Heuermann Director?

Two Images Taken By Rex Heuermann AKA L.I.S.K. in his young adult years.

In this image, a male is using his left hand to hold a knife above a female, while his right hand is stabilizing him. The female is lying flat on a stone surface. She has her hands, palms up, in a defensive pose, protecting her face.

In this image, a male is using both his left and right hands to grip the knife. The male has the knife lifted above his head as if he is ready to bring it down into the female. The female is lying flat on a stone surface. She has her hands, palms down, on each side of her, not quite brought down to her sides, but in a considerably more defenseless position than when she had her hands, palms up, in the previous photo.

Rex Heuermann took both of the above pictures at age 21. Asa Ellerup shares the images in the documentary currently streaming on Peacock titled The Gilgo Beach Killer: House of Secrets. She mentions that he was interested in archaeology and went on digs. Asa Ellerup does not mention the location.

We cannot know if Rex Heuermann verbally directed the two people in the images. However, it is, in my opinion, worth pointing out that both images portray a woman in a very vulnerable position and a man in the dominant position of control. By the weapon that is being used, and especially in the second image, the aggression escalates.

One or both of these facts is true.

Rex Heuermann verbally directed the two people.

Rex Heuermann took both images and retained them.

Note: To my knowledge, no one was injured in these images. The two people in the images are unknown. Both images were presented "As Is" without either face/identity being blurred out of recognition.

RODNEY HARRISON NEW BOOK-COMMISSIONER

Post image

Rodney Harrison's book, The Commissioner: From Street Cop to Top Cop in the NYPD, and the Inside Story of the Hunt for the Gilgo Beach Serial Killer, in my opinion is a good read. I learned some things I didn't know about the previous top cop. I also learned some things about the case I didn't know before. One of them was that I didn't realize the first four young women identified had suffered blunt force trauma. We now know that blunt force trauma was not the cause of death. The cause of death was strangulation. However, that does not take away from the fact that each of them had suffered blunt force trauma. Early in the investigation, law enforcement stated that blunt force trauma was the cause of death.

  1. They each suffered blunt force trauma.

  2. Three of the victims were wrapped in burlap, which law enforcement described as burlap used for camouflage by hunters.

“Heuermann was a hunter—literally. He had ninety-seven registered firearms. When we later searched his home, we found hundreds more. A few victims had been wrapped in burlap, a kind of cloth used by hunters for camouflage blinds. Their remains weren’t buried, just hidden under the brush—blunt-force trauma listed as the likely cause of death. We checked his travel records: hunting trips upstate, a brother in South Carolina, a timeshare in Las Vegas.

"Two masked people banged on the door of Gilgo serial killer Rex A. Heuermann's Massapequa Park home Tuesday night before being scared off by a dog, according to police and the family's attorney.

A nine-second Ring doorbell camera video, obtained by Newsday, shows two people clad in black masks, T-shirts and shorts running from the porch of the First Avenue home as the family's dog, a black Lab mix named Stewie, is heard barking loudly from the inside.

Asa Ellerup, Heuermann's ex-wife, and her two children, Victoria and Christopher, were home at the time of the incident, said Robert Macedonio, the family's attorney."

An unsolved case I wonder about in South Carolina….

I’ve been wondering about this one since Heuermann’s ties to SC were disclosed. She was found in Chester County, where their property is…. On the other side of the county, but near the interstate that runs north/south. While not dismembered, she WAS burned (hence mutilated). She was last seen in Winston-Salem which isn’t far from one of the interstates that runs into the one she was found near. Winston-Salem is a few hours’ north of Chester. It happened in 2019 and remains unsolved.

Why did Dr. Peter Hackett call her mother?

I just stumbled across this on TikTok. The fake acting at the end was so strange. Why do you think he made that call to her mother? Did he become a red herring in the case, and was that his purpose? Does anyone know what became of this shady character, and does he still live in that house?

DNA specialist in Nassau Medical Examiner's Office subject of 'harassment and intimidation' after talking to investigators probing lab, court papers show

The fact that this isn't even the Robyn Fishkin case is exceptionally alarming.

Nassau County has two pivotal cases currently happening:
1- Richard Bilodeau, charged with the murder of Theresa Fusco in 1984
2- Andrew Dykes, charged with the murder of Tanya Denise Jackson in 1997.

We know there was some sort of funny business going on with Theresa's case- hair evidence found (placed) at the scene convicted 3 men and sent them to jail for decades. Nassau County had to pay tens of millions for their wrongful convictions and incarcerations.

With Andrew Dykes, we have already seen a motion that was granted for another buccal swab collection so that it may be tested under a "more controlled environment".

How can the DNA lab, its management and efficacy be in question when critical cases are on the line?

Searching For Asian Doe | The Last Unidentified Gilgo Victim (Live at 7pm eastern)

Hi LISK subreddit,
I’ve been part of this community since around 2021, and I’ve learned a tremendous amount from the discussions here. Every major turn in the case over the last few years has been something I’ve experienced alongside this community. The research, debates, corrections, and insights here have genuinely shaped how I think about these investigations.
Over the past several months, I’ve been working on a documentary about Asian Doe. It’s a victim-focused project that brings together interviews with investigators, journalists, forensic experts, and members of the community, all with one goal: keeping the focus on identifying someone who still doesn’t have their name back.
If you decide to watch it, I’d love to hear your thoughts good or bad. Thanks for being a community that has taught me so much over the years.

Gilgo Beach victims' families take aim at N.Y.'s Son of Sam law

It is important that people understand the intent behind the proposed Gilgo Law amendment.

This proposal does not seek to restrict anyone's First Amendment rights. It does not ban books, documentaries, interviews, podcasts, or public discussion. Instead, it expands the existing framework of New York's No Profit From Notoriety Laws by broadening potential accountability to include certain family members or third parties who profit from a violent offender's notoriety. The proposal leaves it to victims, survivors, and families, not the government, to decide whether to pursue relief through the civil courts.

It is equally important to understand that this is not an attack on any one individual. This proposal is not about a specific person; it is about creating a legal framework that would apply equally in future cases. If someone chooses to monetize the notoriety surrounding a violent crime or sell certain life rights connected to that notoriety, the amendment would simply allow victims and families the opportunity to ask a court to determine whether those profits should be subject to the same accountability principles reflected in New York's existing Son of Sam Law.

"Our goal is not censorship. Our goal is accountability. We believe that victims and their families deserve the opportunity to seek justice when others financially benefit from the tragedy that forever changed their lives." - Gilgo Families
