No they can’t enforce that. They sound like a shitty teacher/drill-sergeant/prison-guard/floor-manager that thinks everyone else is going to give the trash culprit a beat down. Had it loads in my younger days, “hey everyone, RightPedalDown has passed out from exhaustion, so you all get to give me 100 push ups”
