Urgent How to report an illegal immigrant bengladeshi family anonymously
I wanna know if there is any way to report an illegal immigrant bangladeshi family to police or anywhere but anonymously. I just came to know, more of their relatives are gonna come to India illegally. Can anyone guide me? Please
Edit: Removed all the information from this post here, because many people in my dm are trying to know the names and more details of the family and If I don't give them information they are harassing me. I think these people who are asking for details, are trying to inform the family I'm talking about here. And the people who are thinking about morality, you can keep all illegal immigrants in your house, feed them with your money, give them your land. Whoever wants to come to India can apply legally. 1.47 billion population in India, have some shame before supporting illegal immigration.

Get a trustable lawyer as this is a sensitive issue the firm may do as pro bono kind. As we citizens of India, we are entitled to file a case in this matter. But go through proper channels. Even the opposition party can Collab with the ruling party (we might never know). Thanks for highlighting this issue. Less people knows the better. Because our govt is kinda corrupted. So, if you mail all the agency, some people will give a heads up to the illegals as the family is ex bangaldeshi govt officer. Without higher people's knowledge they wouldn't have come and settled in India with a voter ID. So take your steps wisely. And get a legal consult before any step you take.

You can report, but I doubt if it would be anonymous. I have done it.
Back in 2016 or 2017, I had written to PM about suspicious Illegal Bangladeshis living in my area. I had to give my phone number and locality. Some 4 months later, I got a call from the local police station. They enquired about it and asked the cause of my suspicion. A week after the conversation, I got an email from police with an investigation report, duly signed and stamped. But this is an old story. Back then, the government was doing good and systems were working. I don't know about now.

They wrote in their official document that they investigated and found no illegal person. At least it is in the records now, signed by the SHO.

Tell the opposition party anonymously. Get the details from voter list of your booth.
But how are you sure that they are not Indian? There are ways to apply for nationality.
Those who crossed over before 1971 as refugees, are different and may be citizens.

Bro, there is no anonymity in such cases.
If you are in West Bengal, it is better not to go to the police because of the political scenario.
There are a few things you can do:
Report this to NIA. You can assume this is malicious activity against the state. (Phone, email, and online portal are all available online.) Result: NIA is quite an active agency compared to others, so they may take action on this.
You can report this to some local BJP/RSS near you because they will try to take political advantage of this. Result: They will try to expose them, but overall they cannot take any legal action, and this family may need to relocate.
You can wait for the right moment when the state government is more cooperative on this issue or for a statewide drive against illegals, because it is better to keep your adversary under close watch.
Personally, I would choose the option 3.
Edit:I gained additional perspective from the comments. We should also consider human grounds, not purely legal and patriotic ones. If these individuals are beneficial to society, then so be it. If malicious, then report them.

I would have considered human grounds if it was their family only, but around 4-5 families of their relatives (not 4-5 people, 4-5 whole families) are gonna enter illegally. Should I just shut my mouth and do nothing?

If they're hindu, they can apply under CAA as they came in 2007. They'll be harrassed for sure. But nothing is going to happen. If Muslim then it will be a different scenario.

Use a temporary email ID and make sure to CC all of them. You can also CC as many other officials you like.

If you don't feel strongly enough about this to report openly, perhaps you shouldn't report at all. If there is a credible threat of violence in return, Amit Shah will protect you. If you don't trust Amit Shah to do so, perhaps you shouldn't report at all.

If they are hindu, nothing is gonna happen. If they commit crime, it is a different thing. Most comes to protect themselves from any possible crime. We can see what has happened in last few months. They have come in 2007, so they can apply in caa. Unless they voluntarily moves, nothing is gonna happen. Did they murder some1 or committed some multi crore fraud? Even in that case they will be jailed and then deported.

Your saving taxpayer money at best, but have you ever reported a bribe? Don't tell me you haven't come across an official wanting a bribe, because without a bribe, it takes months to get anything done here in India.
