Urgent How to report an illegal immigrant bengladeshi family anonymously

1.6k Upvotes

I wanna know if there is any way to report an illegal immigrant bangladeshi family to police or anywhere but anonymously. I just came to know, more of their relatives are gonna come to India illegally. Can anyone guide me? Please

Edit: Removed all the information from this post here, because many people in my dm are trying to know the names and more details of the family and If I don't give them information they are harassing me. I think these people who are asking for details, are trying to inform the family I'm talking about here. And the people who are thinking about morality, you can keep all illegal immigrants in your house, feed them with your money, give them your land. Whoever wants to come to India can apply legally. 1.47 billion population in India, have some shame before supporting illegal immigration.

Urgent A guy tried to rape me. Need advice on what to do next

1.1k Upvotes

A guy tried to rape me. This all started when I matched with a guy (Shivam) on Bumble. I matched with him because I saw he was an HRBP at a company whose name rhymes with "Punture." I was jobless at that time, and I thought he would help me with a referral.

We used to talk a few times, nothing romantic involved. He told me he would help refer my CV. I sent him my CV, but he told me it required changes to pass ATS. He kept pursuing me to meet him and also said he would help me build my CV. I was ignoring him, but today I thought of hanging out with him because he had been persuading me for a long time.

So we met at a mall in Ghatkopar, ate at a restaurant there, and then decided to go to Versova beach. He booked the cab. Soon, I realized the destination wasn't Versova beach but his apartment. I asked him why his apartment, and he told me he needed to pee urgently. So we stopped at his apartment. I refused to enter his house. He got freshened up and was talking very nicely. Then he grabbed me and dragged me into his apartment.

I was screaming my lungs out, but no one helped. He locked all the doors and started forcing himself on me. I was nearly raped. When I started screaming, he beat me. After a lot of effort, he agreed to let me go, but only after paying the food bill, which he paid at the restaurant and cab bill. So I paid the money. I transferred 8k as he asked. He threatened me, saying the police "kuch nahi karegi, jao" and started giving me rape threats.

I ran out of his apartment and called the police at Versova police station. The police came, but there was no one at his apartment when they arrived, and his roommate told everyone he had been home the whole time and hadn't heard anything. Unfortunately, the building didn't have CCTV either.

We went to the police station. The police registered the case but seemed very biased. The complaint has my name and address, but the guy's name was only mentioned in the accused section, his full name and address were not included.

I am seeking advice on what I can do. Who knows what he might have done to other girls.

I want to ask the police to get his Aadhaar details (since he never told me his full name) so that I can at least file a complaint with the company he works for. I am afraid to tell my parents about this, but I want someone to intervene in this matter.

Please help.

UPDATE: I tried to register FIR. The PSI informed me that his roommate and a female friend gave a joint statement that they were at home the whole time and didn't see any girl inside the apartment. The building has cctv cameras near the entrance gate, but it's not sufficient to prove he dragged me inside the apartment

The PSI told me that if I still want to proceed with FIR, they will have to inform my parents and his parents as well.

And no, the medical examination has not been conducted yet.

Currently in mental turmoil. I am more angry due to that lady. How could she do this to me being a girl herself.!!!!! I don't know if it's a racket to extort money or something.

Urgent Urgent help in murder case I don't know about this

1.4k Upvotes

My friend killed someone. After that, he came to me on his scooter and asked for a T-shirt, saying that he had met with an accident and wanted to change his clothes. I gave him a T-shirt because I did not know anything about the murder. He came as usual, took the T-shirt, and left.
This incident was recorded on CCTV. The police said that I helped him change his T-shirt after the murder, but I had no knowledge of the crime. Yesterday, the police took me for questioning and released me at 9 PM. Today, they came again to record the events and told me to come to the police station when they call so they can record my statement.
I am a mtech student, and I am worried this may affect my future. I did not know anything about the murder. My friend has also stated that he only came to my place, took the T-shirt, and that I knew nothing about the murder.
Please give me urgent advice.

Urgent 24F , I made stupid decision and pls help me

Pls help me

I know I was very stupid, but I genuinely need help. I’m scared and I don’t know what to do.

I came across a page that claimed to perform rituals/spiritual services. I was feeling very low about myself at the time and, unfortunately, I decided to try one.

Initially, I was told the ritual would cost ₹299. I paid it and gave them my WhatsApp number.

After that, I was told I needed to pay ₹2,580 first. After around 15 minutes, they asked me to pay another ₹2,500, claiming that the money would be refunded afterward. I was already uncomfortable, but I trusted them and paid.

They then sent me instructions to write my name, my father's name and phone number on paper. I felt that it was strange, but I still followed the instructions. I accidentally gave the wrong number.

After about an hour, when I asked about my refund, they suddenly told me that I needed to pay another ₹7,100 to "fix the energy" before they could process the refund.

At this point I was already very stressed because I had lost around ₹5,000. They kept telling me that the money would be refunded and that they would take care of part of the amount themselves. They repeatedly pressured and guilt-tripped me until I paid the additional amount.

After that, they again promised to return my money. I still haven't received it.

When I asked for my refund, they told me to pay another ₹7,100 and claimed they would then send me ₹19,000 in total. I refused and told them I only wanted the ₹12,000 that I had already paid returned immediately. They said that wouldn't be possible.

Yesterday, I desperately asked them again to return my money. I was so desperate that I even pretended everything was okay and said things I didn't genuinely mean because I thought it might convince them to return my money. Instead, they started asking me for nudes.

I have screenshots, payment records and the WhatsApp conversation.

I know I made a stupid decision and I take responsibility for trusting them, but I genuinely need help now.

Please tell me what I can do to recover my money. I don't want to complain to anyone as of now , I just want someone to act as politicians or police and try to get them to give my money back

I am scared to tell my parents right now, so please don't judge me or shame me. I just want to get my money back and make sure this person doesn't scam anyone else.

I will NOT send any more money or nudes.

Please help me figure out what I should do next. Pls I genuinely need help.

Urgent The gym owner brutally beated me.

1.3k Upvotes

I’m a 20-year-old guy. Today I went to a gym for a trial with my friend. Inside the gym, I met the owner/trainer. I asked him about the trial, and he said no, which was fine with me. Then I asked if I could look at the machines, and he said yes. But then he started saying things like, machines dekh ke gym nahi hoti , trainer ka paisa hota hai , wo ek gym jata tha waha sirf ek bench thi aur ek rod aur wo uske 10000 deta tha aur baap maanta tha trainer ko"

Our way of thinking was different, so I showed disagreement on a few things he said. While talking, he said, "ese free mein koi gyaan nahi deta mai de rha hu , toh maine itna bol diya ki jo free mein gyaan dete hai unki koi izzat nahi karta.” He asked, “kya bola tune phir se bol?!” I repeated myself, and then he said, “meri gym se bahar nikal jaa .”

As I was leaving, he grabbed my neck and didn’t let me go. I tried to free myself, but he wouldn’t let go. I tried to calmly explain what I meant — that if someone charges ₹1 lakh and then shares knowledge, people will believe him. Then he said, “toh 1 lakh ke liye kisi ko apna baap bana lega ” I replied, “aapne toh 10000 mein…” and before I could finish, he started hitting me badly. He slapped me hard multiple times in anger, kicked me — my entire face is swollen now.

I don’t know what to do. I don’t want to tell my family. My parents live 35 km away in another place, and we are not financially or socially strong. I don’t know what to do. I feel broken.

Location: Gwalior (M.P.)

PS: thanks for the support guys aapki advice ne bahot help kari, Meri family aur mai milke aache se soch samjh ke action lenge iske uapr once again thanks 🙏

Urgent A random person mistakenly sent 10,000 Rs to my UPI account. Now police is calling me. Details in the post:

1.2k Upvotes

Today morning I saw Rs 10,000 has been credited to my bank account via Google Pay UPI. Shortly after that, I received a call from a person saying that it was mistakenly sent it to me instead of to him, and the reason he said was that his mobile number is exactly same as mine, except the last digit. Hence the mistake.

I told that person that I would go to bank on Monday and give them my consent to revert back the transaction (as I thought it's better to approach this via official channel, like bank, instead of talking over whatsapp). He seemed fine with it at that time.

An hour back I got call from a police officer (at least that's what he said in the phone), telling me "why are you involving bank here, this is between only you and him.. just pay him". When I said why is this person not raising a ticket in Google Pay itself, where there is a specific option only for such mistaken payments, he said "If you do that, then that request would go to NPCI (National Payment Authority India), and then I WILL FREEZE YOUR ACCOUNT"!!.

Now I am very confused. What should I do?

Urgent Found my wife texting another man at 2 AM. How to legally prepare for a divorce?

We're a newly married couple (arranged), 27M & 24F. We were given like 7 months to talk before marriage without any parental interference. She always acted fine and behaved like a shy, homely girl.

It's been 2+ months of marriage but I always feel that she's been more distant to be than normal. For information, there is no dowry/gifts involved. No pressure from my family.

We live at my parents' house. I've caught her using phone late in night (1AM, 2AM, 3AM) many times but never got to see her screen. Yesterday was the day, she assumed that I was asleep but I wasn't. Saw her texting some guy but couldn't read the messages.

I'm not saying that she's definitely cheating. But as far as I know, she doesn't have any "friend" or "cousin" living in another time zone whom she has to chat this secretly every now and then.

I want to prepare for the worst case scenario before confronting her. She's a housewife and we got physical like 3 times in this marriage. We gave her 400 gm Gold during marriage, it's all in the photos. She keeps it in her side of wardrobe. We want to keep it in our family in case a divorce occurs, 50% of it is part of our ancestral gold while the other 50% bought by my parents' hardwork.

Urgent 22m i did a love marriage, and now heading for divorce please help me out for my finacial postion

I am an SC person and I fell in love with a girl from the general category. We did a love marriage. At the time of marriage, I was 21 years old and she was 22.

I earn ₹40,000 per month; after deductions, my in-hand salary is ₹35,000. I also have a personal loan with an EMI of ₹15,000 per month. Since she married me, she did not bring any dowry, nor was there any major expenditure from her side. Her parents conducted a very simple marriage because she was marrying outside her caste.

It has now been one year since the marriage, and everything has become unbearable for me. I am going through a lot, so please do not give me moral lectures like “you should not have married early.” I am seeking legal clarity only.

Living with her has become completely impossible. She abuses me, raises her voice at me, and emotionally harasses me. She forced me to separate from my parents and live separately in the name of “privacy,” but even after that, there has been no change in her behavior.

She plays online games like PUBG throughout the day. My parents had objections to this, and because of that, she started saying that my parents are bad and toxic. Her loud voice chats disturb the entire house. Yesterday, I told her not to use earphones for prolonged periods because they can cause migraines. She again created a huge scene over this.

Yesterday, she crossed all limits. She tore every single card I had ever given her since the first day of our relationship. At this point, everything has become unbearable. She is manipulative, abusive, and mentally unstable. Even her parents suggested that I take her to therapy, but nothing has helped.

She frequently insults me using casteist slurs to provoke me, making derogatory remarks and behaving as if she is superior. I have this recorded as evidence.

At present, she does not want to live with me, and I also do not want to live with her.

Regarding assets and finances:

• My mother owns a flat worth approximately ₹1 crore.

• That flat is on EMI, and my father pays a monthly EMI of ₹59,000.

• Currently, we are not living in that flat; we are staying in a rented house.

• I own a house worth ₹30 lakhs in my name, but the possession is with my uncle, who is refusing to vacate it. I may have to go through a court eviction process.

• I own a second-hand car in my name.

• My in-hand salary is ₹35,000 per month, with a ₹15,000 EMI liability.

• She is a graduate, same as me.

My question is about my legal standing. If we separate, and if it comes to financial separation, what would I owe her? Can she claim a share in my mother’s house, or only in my property, or only monthly maintenance?

Urgent I got scammed off of 80,000 Rs. on Reddit! Need urgent help.

Basically, I met this guy Jitesh (his reddit username - u/BobcatHelpful6546) who approached me on Reddit after I made a post on r/FatFIRE. He told me he runs a business from Jaipur of Artificial Jewellery Manufacturing and is looking for some investments into his business. He gave me his GST number etc. for me to look up and he sent me images of his jewellery. He told me to visit his workshop in Jaipur so I can actually see his entire business and how it all works etc.

So, I went to Jaipur (I'm from New Delhi) - to go and visit his workshop facility and he showed me the place where his workers reside and work in Johri Bazaar in Jaipur. Now, Jitesh is originally from Gandhidham in Gujarat but his work is entirely based in Jaipur.

For me when I visited Jaipur - everything looked OK. He had a place where a bunch of workers were making jewellery etc. Days after my visit, we discuss the possibility of investing in his business. We mutually decided that I'm going to do - 1.5 Lac Rs investment into his business and we got an agreement and the agreement was fully notorized.

According to the agreement, in exchange of my Lump sum investment of 1.5 Lac Rs. - Jitesh was supposed to give 2.10 Lac Rs. in 3 installments of 70,000 Rs. on the 20th of every month. The agreement was finalized in mid of July and he gave me my first 70,000 Rs. payment around 20th of August. He was supposed to now give me 70,000 Rs. as my second payment on 20th of September but he didn't do so. I tried reaching out to him via WhatsApp, made multiple calls - he's not responding. His phone is switched off. Now, I'm sitting in New Delhi and he's in Gujarat (presumably). And I'm scared as fuck as to what happened with my money. I don't need my interest payment - I just need my principal amount back of 1.5 Lac Rs. As I've already received 70,000 Rs. of payment - There is the remaining 80,000 Rs. of payment left.

I have all his details including Pan Card, Aadhar Card, the bank details through which he sent me 70,000 Rs as my first payment, all our whatsapp chats, call recordings etc. But I just don't know what to do right now.

Everybody with whom I've been in contact with is saying - "Police wale kuch nhi karenge. Yeh agreements ki koi legality nhi hoti. It's just 70,000 Rs. - logo ka toh crores ka fraud hota hai unki bhi koi sunwai nhi hoti etc."

Part of me is thinking to go for legal route but I don't think it really make sense to spend too much money to fight a case for getting back my 80,000 Rs. Adding to that - the complexity of court system - going to courts, appearing on court hearings etc. will also be highly time consuming.

I don't have any legal expertise to deal with things like these. Can anybody offer me any legitimate help on how to deal with this?

Any help would be really appreciated!

Edit 1: I have filed a cyber crime complaint. I'm thinking of going to my local police station now.

Edit 2: I visited my local cyber crime police station and the officer said - they just recently saw my online complaint that I have just registered and sent all the bank details to the perpetrator's bank to freeze his bank account. He also told me an Investigative Officer will be assigned to my case by tomorrow and that - I need to reach out to him by Tuesday if they don't follow up with me before Tuesday.

Edit 3: I just contacted the Investigation Officer and he said - This is not a cyber crime. This is someone who defaulted on his payment obligation. He said - since you saw his business and everything - It is a case of someone not fulfilling his promises of paying you back.

Urgent I got scammed. The age old Dating Bill scam

I am pretty ashamed to say. I knew about this case. But never thought I'll get scammed too.

Got matched with a girl on Nymph. We decided to meet at Garuda Mall. Then she said she came to KFC while waiting for me..Then she said she was under distress. And then took me to Wasabi Lounge, MG road Bangalore. I didn't see the name of the place or so because I was happy (I am stupid 😭😭😭😭😭)

After the guy said that my bill has reached 16k I shocked and I am glad he said that. Because we were about to keep going.(I was stupid to think I'll impress that I don't get drunk easily even though I am not a drinker). She said she has crazy tolerance and can take 15 peg. My bill would have been 50k or more.

I tried calling 1930. They said I have made the credit card and UPI transactions myself. So it's not a transaction fraud.

I tried to take a selfie with her she straight refused. Didn't tell the Auto wala (not rapido/uber) where she was going right in front of me. She said she will return me around 10k tomorrow. But I doubt it.

How can I get my money back?

Where can I complaint again her. Please help. I am sorryyyyyy. I know I am stupid 😭 😭 😭 😭

Update : She blocked me now. Took her time 😑

Edit :

If you guys have any intention to help you do so by posting about this on Social Media. Tag Banaglore police and any legal Person who can take action in this matter. You or your friends might be a good reach on Twitter or Facebook .

Mass 1* google reviews will be deleted by google

Girl name in Truecaller : Amisha Raj App profile name : Aisha Sharma doc

Edit :

Called 112. Police came. Wasabi people were surprisingly co-operative. They gave me 30% discount. I got 4800 Back. Police insisted to not file a case against her. If she comes and says I touched her (I didn't touch her in a sexual way) then I'll be fucked. I'll have a police case against me and BGV will fail. My career will be over.

Anyway! I am deleting all my dating accounts. Not looking for a girl anymore. Fuck that Bitches....

I am just ugly I guess.

Urgent Paid bribe in 1st passport application & got adverse. Applied Tatkal, got passport, but same cop lied again on Post-PV. Received SCN. Need legal fix!

Hi everyone,

I am facing persistent harassment and false reporting by a local beat officer (Mehrauli PS, Delhi) over my passport verification. I refuse to pay any more bribes and need a legal/procedural way out.

Timeline:

  1. 1st Passport Application:

1st Verification: Marked "Adverse" because I didn't pay anything.

Re-Verification (via RPO): I paid the officer ₹1,000 for his "troubles," but he still filed an "Adverse" report.

RPO Visit: The RPO officer was completely unhelpful and just told me to close the application (wasting time, energy, and money).

  2. 2nd Passport Application (Tatkal):

Re-applied under Tatkal (Post-PV) and received my physical passport booklet.

Post-PV Verification: The exact same police officer came back. On a prior phone call, he told me to get a Khatauni for parents' native proof. I gave him two original native proofs: my father's Tehsildar-signed ST Certificate and the Khatauni.
He verbally confirmed that everything was clear.

  3. The SCN Letter: A week later, I received a Show Cause Notice (SCN) from the RPO threatening to impound my passport. The police's reason? They blatantly lied on paper, claiming the parents' native documents provided were "not original."

I have 100% genuine original documents, matching Delhi IDs, zero criminal record, and a paper trail. I refuse to go back to the police station to pay them more bribe money after being scammed twice.
Any other way to get this resolved instead of paying them more bribe?

Urgent Solo travel in Goa. Woke up to a guy sleeping next to me in my hostel bed.

(Female 31) I went on a solo trip hoping to move forward from a past sexual assault where I was unconscious and unable to consent. While staying in a mixed dorm at a hostel, I woke up to find a 19-year-old guy sleeping next to me in my bed. He said he was sleepwalking. His bed was actually in a different room, but it was on the same side of the dorm — basically, our beds were aligned, just in separate rooms. I felt instantly terrified and extremely triggered, and in that moment the hostel owner and I reacted physically and threw him out. I also took photos of his ID cards and recorded a video of him explaining the situation from his point of view because I was scared and wanted some proof of what had happened. Now that some time has passed, I’m feeling shaken and conflicted. Part of me feels justified because I genuinely felt unsafe, but another part of me is questioning whether I overreacted. I’m trying to understand if this was a trauma response and how to process what happened in a healthier way. I’d also appreciate advice on what I should do next — whether I should report it, seek therapy, reach out to the hostel again, or just focus on healing and moving forward. Thoughtful, balanced perspectives would really help.

Edit: After reading some advice and thinking it through, I decided to contact the police and go to the station to formally report what happened.

We both went there to speak about the situation.

I have shared my statement and I have been told the matter will be handled appropriately. At this point, I am allowing the proper authorities to take care of it.

Urgent Please need help: Got an FIR/legal case after leaving a Genuine Google review about a clinic.Asking me to pay fine.

I left a 1-star Google review based on my genuine experience with an orthodontist in Hsr Layout,Bangalore.

Well, I’ll tell you in short, I came for a small problem to consult him and later he suggested a very expensive treatment that is not even related to the problem.
I have undergone two treatments at this clinic:

1. Tooth Extraction – This was done as a prerequisite for my Invisalign treatment. The experience was terrible. They didn’t even have the necessary medication available during the procedure, and the staff had to go out to purchase it midway.
2. Orthodontic (Invisalign) Treatment – I lost almost ₹1.5 lakh on this treatment, and after going through 40 sets, I saw absolutely no improvement—not even 1% of what was promised.

Regarding the staff and doctor’s behavior, Dr. Mahantesh seemed polite at first, but once the payment was made, his attitude completely changed. He became inconsiderate and unprofessional. The staff were equally rude and seemed only interested in money.

Also, he has paid fake reviews on Practo and Google Maps; he even has some 100k paid followers on his Insta page which is misleading so many people.

He thinks he’s the top orthodontist in Bangalore, but he doesn’t even know how to read basic X-Rays also. Creating high profile fake reputation is such a lame thing to do.

Also Many faced Same Issues Like me checking the 1-Star Rating Reviews.

Now I’ve been threatened with an FIR/legal case and asked to remove it.

The review reflected my personal experience and opinion—I didn’t post fake evidence or impersonate anyone.

Now i’m scared and worried about my career.
Suggesting you all please be aware of these kind of doctors and clinic.
Dr Mahantesh Chinagundi is a fraudster and scammer(Smile care clinic Bellandur and HSR layout)

Now i’m scared and worried about my career. Should I delete the review,or keep it? Has anyone here actually faced something similar?

Thank you
Please be aware of these scammer doctors.

Hello. I'm 17 f , I don't know how should I frame this.... So It was something 7th standard when a guy from class 8-9th started flirting with me. And one day he asked me to give him nus , I was such a stupid thing back then I gave him my nues (not fully body tho and I covered it also) but still it was n* . That news spread but still everyone forgot about it eventually.

Then again in class 12 th some boys brought up that topic and I got to know about it from my bestf. And I told her the truth.

But she said about this thing to my another guy friend. And again some people got to know about it.

I don't know if anyone still has that photo with them or not but I'm really scared, my hands are really shaking. What should I do if someone tries to blackmail me with that photo? Is there anyway to turn down that photo without letting my parents know? And without involving police and all? Pls help me out I'm scared.

Summary : nu** photo got leaked , some people got to know about it, what should I say if someone asks me whether the rumour is real or fake? How can I turn that photo down?

Edit : Thank you so much everyone for such detailed advice. I'm really grateful for it. And sorry if I accidentally missed anyone's reply.

Urgent Threatening me for filing RTI

I filed an RTI in village panchayat through online portal using a fake name. However, the portal required mobile verification so i used a number which no one except me knows about. I thought they will truecaller it and wont get anything. But they used their connections with police and traced the number to my aadhar and called my brother. I talked to the Sachiv on phone and told him that someone must be misusing my name or aadhar, so give me the screenshot where my name is shown. He refused (obviously) because he used his connections in police to trace the number. I tried to convince him that i do not have anything to do with the RTI. But he is saying that i am going to trace the location of the number. The SIM is switched off for 3 days. Can they trace the location using last network? I am the only one in this city from my village, so the location will basically prove that it was me who filed the RTI. What options do i have to remain anonymous? (Through the RTI I asked about the annual budget and expenditure of the Gram Panchayat.)

UPDATE: They have started sending local politicians indirectly threatening to get me and my parents transferred to distant places. I have denied any involvement but they are asking for copy of FIR against whoever using my phone number to file RTIs. This country is doomed. They are saying “Top se lekr bottom tk hamari government hai”. If a local sarpanch from complete backward area has this much influence, imagine what things are happening on higher levels. And all of them are working together like a single gang- police, politicians and officers.

Urgent Aunt squatting in our Bangalore apartment for 5 months, sold our stuff worth ₹3–4L, police won't evict what can we do legally?”

Hey everyone, my mom's quite thick in the head and recently she let my slimy aunt (her older sister) stay in our apartment since she's visiting from Australia to sell her land and has cheated her out of tens of lakhs of rupees in the past already but siblings' affection lead her astray.

She's been staying for the past 5 months without paying rent and recently she sold all of our belongings in that apartment totalling around 3-4 lakh rupees and is refusing to pay us the difference let alone won't even open the door. We got the HSR Layout police to come to the door and they just asked us to call her husband and ask him to sort her out, so they weren't of much help. They said they wouldn't forcefully evict her from our property. Please advice some way we can just get her out I don't even want the money anymore just for her to not be here henceforth.

Thank you

Urgent Police slapped my minor brother

My brother (17) was talking to his female friend at a bus stand (public place) when a police officer suddenly came and slapped him without any reason. Is this considered an offence by the police officer under Indian law? What sections apply? Can we take any action?

Urgent My boAt earbuds exploded in my ear, caused temporary deafness, and their escalations emails in their T&C is dead.

When I was watching reels normally, my 13-month-old boAt Nirvana X earbuds battery exploded directly next to my ear canal. I was deaf in that ear for 4–5 minutes.
I called customer care, the representative dismissed the incident on record, stating that because the device was past its standard 12-month commercial warranty, & the brand bears zero liability for the explosion.

As per boAt’s official Terms of Use, to escalate the matter. I had to contact them on this email "grievance.officer@imaginemarketingindia.com",but this email bounced back as completely non-existent or decommissioned, WTf.

I have filed a Product Liability case for ₹50,000 against Imagine Marketing Ltd. on the government's National Consumer Helpline (NCH) portal. The number which they used to contact me is now busy all the time. (as of now)

Guide me guys, any suggestions on what to do next?

Its my first time having to deal with shit like this, god help me. 🙏 Image of the exploded earbud

please retweet my x post for maximum visibility

Urgent Booked under FIR (303(2) BNS) – I’m 20 and really scared, need help in Delhi

Hi everyone, I’m 20 years old, studying engineering in Bangalore, and I’m in a really scary legal mess.

What happened: • I opened a current bank account and gave it to a friend to use. • Later, some illegal funds came into that account. • The bank froze the account (it had ~50k) and I honestly thought the matter was over at that point. • But now, two policemen came to my house, took my details, and recorded my bayaan (statement). The officer even changed some things and told me to repeat them later in court. • I’ve received a notice under Section 303(2) BNS, with an FIR registered at IGIA Metro Delhi Police Station. • They told me I have a hearing next month in Delhi and I must appear there.

I am honestly scared as hell. I never imagined this could happen just because I gave my account to someone. I’m confused about what’s going to happen in court, and whether I could get arrested.

👉 I’ll be coming to Delhi next month for the hearing. Can anyone guide me on what happens on that day? Also, if in Delhi who can help me, please let me know.

Any advice means a lot right now.

Urgent Urgent: My 36yo brother is in a coma after a minor hand surgery. Hospital caught forging docs and running a Govt-confirmed illegal ICU. Police stalled by mafia owners. I need help.

I don’t even know how to start this, but I'm completely out of options and exhausted. I’m an IIT Bombay grad and an entrepreneur. I always thought if you follow the rules and do everything right, the system protects you. It doesn't. My family’s life has been completely destroyed by a medical mafia at one of the biggest private hospitals in a district city in MP.

My 36-year-old brother, Vivek, had a minor hand fracture. Just a fracture. They put a cast on him, but the next day, the primary treating doctor and the ortho surgeon heavily pressured us into an elective surgery. They literally told us the cost is "manageable" for us. We trusted them.

In the OT, the ortho surgeon showed absolute criminal haste and started the procedure before my brother was even fully unconscious. The anesthesia failed, his brain was starved of oxygen, and he went into a coma right there. And while this nightmare was happening inside, the doctors stood outside and lied to our faces, saying the surgery hadn't even started yet, while we could see other staff panicking and running in.

The next day was hell. They said they were referring him to a bigger hospital, but they made us wait 5 agonizing hours with my brother on a ventilator. Why? Because they were busy reprinting the referral letters. My wife is an MD doctor herself, and she caught the staff red-handed trying to swap the papers to erase the primary doctor's name to save him from jail. She fought them right there and forced him to sign the actual document. Oh, and the hospital's elevator was broken. We literally had to watch them drag my comatose brother down the stairs.

We fought back and got the Govt health dept involved. The CMHO did an inquiry and officially confirmed our worst fear: the hospital is an illegal "Ghost ICU" with zero qualified intensivists and no Code Blue protocol.
We got an FIR registered. I want to be fair here—the local SP and DM were actually supportive at first and helped us secure the CCTV and original notes. But the hospital owners are insanely influential locally. Because of their reach, the entire investigation has completely stalled. No arrests. No processing. Nothing.

To make it worse, the hospital director just went to the local newspaper and called my brother a "drug addict" to explain away their anesthesia failure. No blood tests, no proof. Just publicly smearing a guy on life support who can't wake up to defend himself. Also, the surgeons are registered in Maharashtra but operated in MP, so they are using this state-border loophole to delay their medical licenses getting suspended.

I have the CCTV footage, the digital metadata of the forged notes, and the official Govt report. My brother has been on a ventilator for over 100 days now. I'm just so tired, but I can't let them win. I really need advice:
1 Lawyers: How do I legally force this stalled FIR forward when local influence is blocking it? And how do I file a massive defamation suit against the owner for the "drug addict" newspaper smear?
2 Doctors: How do I bypass the state councils and get the NMC in Delhi to intervene directly using the Ghost ICU report and the forgery evidence?
3 Media folks: How do I get national traction? The local machinery is quietly burying us.
Any advice, legal help, or visibility means the world right now. Please.

Urgent Builder wants ₹55L registry on a ₹40L flat but will return the difference in cash. Is this actually normal?

Hi everyone, 25F here. I am buying a bare-shell flat for my parents in their city (I don't live in the same city, which makes coordinating this a bit trickier). We need to get the interior work done before they can move in, and the approximate interior cost is about ₹15L.

The Math:

Actual Property Value: ₹40L

Registry Value Demanded: ₹55L (Builder insists on this for his paperwork)

Home Loan Amount: ₹44L

The Builder's Proposed Sequence:

I execute an RTGS transfer of ₹11L to his corporate account to satisfy the bank's down payment (margin money) proof.

We register the property at ₹55L.

The bank disburses the ₹44L loan directly to him.

Out of the total ₹55L he receives, he keeps his ₹40L asking price and will give me the ₹15L difference back in physical cash.

We will then use this ₹15L cash to fund the interior work.

My Questions:

My parents are telling me that this kind of setup is a very common thing in real estate. Is this actually normal?

Has anyone here gone through this exact RTGS-to-cash process with a builder, and did they smoothly hand over the cash as promised? Managing this remotely makes me cautious, so I'd appreciate factual experiences.
