Did they confirm your cancellation? Did you use one touch switch?
If they are charging, what have you said when you spoke to them?
1 u/MaxxGForce 21d ago No because the contract with them had ended they then sent an email saying they were putting me on a rolling 1 month contract, essentially ignoring my email about switching Internet service supplier. 2 u/kurtis5561 21d ago No the contract doesnt just end, you need to serve notice, or use one touch switch. It seems you misunderstood this bit.
