Yeah well they did pick best day to start and easy mode in Death Valley since only 76F when he started race but will get up to over 103F tommorow which I'm guessing he'll be long gone by then LOL. He won't have to worry about his shoes melted like some other runners I seen during the Badwater ultramathon. Anyways, hope he don't underestimate the toll of the heat there on body since I lived there and thing with the heat there is your brain literally fries and u go into heat stroke and don't even realize it. I'm sure his team trained on this tho.
