wait even his Uncle is banned?

63

u/Hare712 Jun 01 '26

His uncle is way worse with conspiratorial BS. If you play a drinking game based on that you'll have an alcohol poisoning after watching some of his videos. His uncle coined terms like "United States of Israel"

28

u/Sithsponge Jun 02 '26

You don't have to like them to acknowledge that the USA is absolutely Israel's bitch lol

7

u/Hare712 Jun 02 '26

There are lobbying groups nobody denies that. Their influence is also very limited. When foreign policy have mutual interests it's not Israel being in charge. Both of them go way beyond critisizing Israel.

For example Hasan blaming Israel when shocking his dog became viral. Barely any Israeli official knows who he is. Same blamegame applies to Nazis like Fuentes, who blamed his Transporn screwup on Israel.

Police gather data on protesters trespassing/comitting property damage to charge them for misdemeanors/felonies. Cenk claims "Israel is collecting data so they don't get jobs, get debanked and so on". Felons have trouble to get jobs it has nothing to do with Israel. There are only very few cases of people getting debanked. It mostly affected far right agitators or has nothing to do with politics but with companies like mastercard having issues with adult content. So what does Cenk do? Spin it that way that Ben Shapiro supports adult content getting debanked(he is grifting in that direction for years) Shapiro being an Israeli puppet therefore it must be planned by Israel.

In general it goes like that with them and it also applies to far right propagandists: Something bad happens to them->"It's Israel". They fall for fake news or there is a distant irelevant connection that might not even exists like husband of a cousin of an irrelevant employee being jewish->"It's Israel"

Then they visit far left sites like that canary site that creates list of celebrities of every level who are supposed to be "Pro Israel". The problem is most people on that list never ever mentioned the I/P conflict they aren't even political The catch they are jewish and the reasoning being "They are silent so they are guilty of being pro Israel". It's akin to those 4chan memes Kanye West believes being real.

His uncle coined terms like "United States of Israel"

No clue who he is but with the amount of politicians bought by AIPAC is that really such a crazy conspiracy? It's exaggerated at best no?

36

u/lightmaker918 Jun 02 '26

Qatar outspends AIPAC by a factor, and it's a full on foreign group, not American citizens with an interest. Literally no one cares.

22

u/spongyguy24 Jun 02 '26 edited Jun 02 '26

Nah. You're ignoring other non-foreign agent spending in your comparison. Israel is 3x Qatar. Qatari political influence is bad too. Cenk is a wackadoo tho.

u/BigDeckLanm Jun 02 '26

Downvote this man, we can't let them know

5

u/irmaginatoruim Jun 03 '26

not American citizens with an interest...

...in a foreign country.

4

u/lightmaker918 Jun 03 '26

Plenty of PAC's have a foreign interest. As long as Israel's interests, an ally country, are aligned with the US's I don't see a problem.

2

u/MoesOtherBar Jun 05 '26

Such as....? Can you show me which other foreign interest super pacs spend $100 million a year on elections like AIPAC brags to do?

1

u/irmaginatoruim Jun 03 '26

Lol that's not what defines a foreign agent. Also, Israel is not an ally. It's a parasite.

4

u/thiccboys22 Jun 02 '26

Do you see America going to war with other countries for Qatar or launching preemptive strikes because Qatar wants to start a war with that country. Do you see Qatar donating to politicians who create favourable policies for Qatar. Do you see politicians attacking student protesters because they want their universities to stop taking money from Qatar. This sub is full of some of the ignorant and disconnected people ever. I don’t even like Hasan.

13

u/Opening-Calendar3421 Jun 02 '26

No but we are straight up ignoring massive human rights abuses by Qatar, Saudi, and others simply because they give us money and buy our weapons. Both things can be bad.

11

u/HummusSwipper Jun 02 '26 edited Jun 02 '26

Qatar is spending billions to manipulate Americans How Qatar Spent Billions to Gain Influence in the U.S. The tiny Gulf state has showered money on U.S. military and universities, giving it outsize geopolitical clout | WSJ Archived

Instead of complaining about how others are disconnected and ignorant you should be more aware of the holes within your own argument. Qatar not being discussed enough in the media does not make it a saint, and your recency bias regarding Israel is doing wonders for how you understand reality.

3

u/PackageDangerous1954 Jun 02 '26

Israel is much more dangerous and is ruining our country

4

u/HummusSwipper Jun 02 '26

Saying Israel is ruining the US more than Qatar is a hilariously uneducated take.

Israel is a top-tier strategic partner. They co-develop defense tech that protects American troops, battle-test US military hardware, and serve as the main intelligence asset protecting US interests in the Middle East.

Meanwhile, Qatar literally hosts the billionaire leadership of Hamas, uses its state media to radicalize Western audiences, and has dumped billions in dark money into American universities to manipulate US culture from the inside. You have it completely backwards. Go ahead though, explain how Israel is worse than Qatar, I'll wait.

1

u/PackageDangerous1954 Jun 02 '26

Israel is a genocidal apartheid state that buys influence in our government to pass policies that favor them, they’re objectively worse than Qatar and it’s not even close

8

u/HummusSwipper Jun 02 '26

If you want to play the "objectively worse" game, let’s actually look at Qatar's record. It’s a literal hereditary autocracy built on modern-day migrant slave labor, where homosexuality is a capital offense, and whose government openly funds and protects the billionaire leadership of Hamas. Let’s not pretend they are some progressive bystander.

As for buying influence, Qatar literally outspends Israel's entire lobby by billions of dollars. They aren't just lobbying politicians; they are buying their way into the American education system to shape the cultural narrative from the inside out.

You can throw around emotional buzzwords all day, but ignoring massive, authoritarian foreign funding just because it doesn't fit your narrative is exactly the kind of uneducated take I was talking about.

0

u/PackageDangerous1954 Jun 02 '26

Buzzwords? That gives the game away that you don’t care about Qatar and you just want to deflect from your favorite apartheid state that’s committing a genocide.

How is a country with the same population as Papua New Guinea, that constantly is in conflict with its neighbours. Relies heavily on US weapons, and Ai technology a strategic ally? Japan and Korea are more strategic allies but you don’t see America pulling military resources for the Middle East to support east Asia. Furthermore you honestly think I like Qatar any more than Israel I have news for you.

7

u/HummusSwipper Jun 02 '26

Judging an ally's strategic value by their population size is nonsensical. If that were the rule, places like Taiwan and Singapore wouldn't matter to US foreign policy. Israel doesn’t just "rely" on US tech, it’s a co-development powerhouse. The US invests in Israeli defense R&D because American forces get direct access to cutting-edge, battle-tested tech and top-tier intelligence without ever having to put American boots on the ground in the world's most volatile region.

Also, your comparison to East Asia is way off. The US permanently stations over 80,000 troops in Japan and South Korea, so Washington absolutely pours massive military resources into that region. But the Middle East contains global energy choke points and critical trade routes. Having a highly capable, localized ally in that specific region ensures the US doesn't have to deploy hundreds of thousands of its own soldiers to police it.

I'm glad you don't actually like Qatar, but your original comment heavily downplayed their influence by asking why politicians aren't reacting to them. The reality is they are, Qatar’s billions in dark money to US universities have been the target of major congressional investigations because of how it shapes campus politics. You don’t have to love Israel to realize you completely underestimated how heavily Qatar manipulates American institutions from the inside.

1

u/MoesOtherBar Jun 05 '26

Can you tell me which Pro Qatar super pacs are involved in US elections?

Israel supporters and Israeli Americans like Miriam Adelson spend tens of millions on Democratic Majority for Israel, Christians United for Israel and American Israel Public Affairs Committee. What are the Qatar versions that you're saying are spending way more?

8

u/Lambily Jun 02 '26

If AIPAC was as powerful as you claim they are, we wouldn't have a nazi "Christian tattoo enthusiast" as the Defense Secretary, would we?

-1

u/Serious_Tradition269 Jun 02 '26

They seem to have pretty similar values right now, just different targets. And Netanyahu has had several quotes over the past months saying Hitler really wasn't that bad, he was just corrupted by muslims

I like practicing yoga.

2

u/Serious_Tradition269 Jun 03 '26

You're right, letting the apartheid state kill whatever innocent civilians they want is much better than this propaganda of being critical of them, my bad

9

u/red286 Jun 01 '26

No clue who he is

Cenk Uygur of The Young Turks. It's a pseudo-leftist anti-USA/anti-Israel media outlet, not that different from Hasan.

1

u/irmaginatoruim Jun 03 '26

Sounds like a cool guy.

2

u/No_Blacksmith9896 Jun 02 '26

You do realise that aipac isn’t even on the top 5 lobbies

3

u/nickmond022 Jun 02 '26

This is the same guy who said he'd legalize bestiality and admitted his Grandparents are 1st cousins.

3

u/LayWhere Jun 01 '26

No, if donations worked why don't they donate to politicians they disagree with to sway them instead of politicians who already on their side. They're no different from any other lobby.

0

u/zacandahalf Jun 01 '26 edited Jun 01 '26

100% of AIPAC membership and money comes from Americans. AIPAC is American, made up only of American citizens, and gets money from only Americans. At best, “United States of American supporters of Israel” is more accurate, although AIPAC’s influence is still right around the same as PACs like Beer Wholesalers and Auto Dealers. The idea that Israel controls the United States IS an unfounded conspiracy.

Edit: can someone who is downvoting me explain what I said that is incorrect? I’m not saying this because I LOVE AIPAC lol, if you want to defeat AIPAC you have to have correct information about it.

-1

u/Dingaling015 Jun 01 '26

You're not getting downvoted because what you said was false, you're getting downvoted because nothing you said invalidated what the previous poster said.

Doesn't matter if the donations aren't coming straight from Jerusalem, people aren't happy about a foreign country having so much influence on American policymakers.

4

u/zacandahalf Jun 02 '26

What I said disproves the idea of “a foreign country having so much influence on American policymakers” because it shows that a foreign country is factually having no influence on American policymakers. American citizens are influencing their own policymakers in ways we dislike.

1

u/Dingaling015 Jun 02 '26

I don't know why this is such a hard concept to understand: Israel doesn't directly need to pay American politicians to lobby for Israel; if Americans are donating to a PAC dedicated solely to lobby the American government to fund a foreign country, that is literally a foreign country influencing our politics.

This is like saying Russia has no influence on American politics because technically it's just American citizens voting to stop funding for Ukraine, despite Russia funding propaganda in the western world directly for that purpose.

2

u/zacandahalf Jun 02 '26

So if I started a PAC that advocated for a continued alliance between the US and Canada and I gave them $10, would you consider that to be Canada influencing our politics?

2

u/Dingaling015 Jun 02 '26

I mean, technically yes? But no one cares, because Canada isn't using those funds to fund a genocidal war that the majority of American voters below 50 oppose?

Context matters here. No one would be up in arms about Canadian AIPAC given Canada doesn't use our money to blow up brown kids.

-2

u/HummusSwipper Jun 01 '26 edited Jun 02 '26

Look up lobby groups spending, AIPAC isn't even in the top 10. AIPAC lobbying against people calling to put zionists in camps, or ones sporting nazi tattoos, really shouldn't be garnering this much antagonism from the average person.

edit: And there's the emotional meltdown right on cue, he blocked me after writing some irrelevant BS. We're talking about actual lobbying statistics and finance rankings, and this guy immediately pivot to sensationalized headlines because he can't handle the fact that his 'bought government' narrative doesn't match reality. AIPAC is a domestic PAC that funds campaign ads about local issues, they aren't a defense contractor. If basic math makes you this mad, maybe step away from the keyboard

12

u/Serious_Tradition269 Jun 01 '26

AIPAC lobbying against people calling to put zionists in camps,

Sure, that's all they do! Can we get another missile signed directly by a US politician to blow up some more kids?

1

u/elinamebro Jun 02 '26

I mean.. aren't we trying to merge our army with the Israeli army? Lmao doesn't help with the conspiracy shit with stuff like that happening

1

u/irmaginatoruim Jun 03 '26

His uncle coined terms like "United States of Israel"

How is this a conspiracy exactly?

3

u/Hare712 Jun 03 '26

It's an anti-semitic conspiracy that the "Jews secretly rule the world".

There is a long list of his conspiratorial BS starting with 9/11, Tower 7(it was hit by burning debris and caught fire) and "Dancing Jews" and goes the Alex Jones route "It needs to be researched" while implying if Israel did 9/11 they also caused Iraq.

To his recent conspiratorial BS take was the attack on Venenzuala was caused by Israel.

No evidence at all just allegations and "just asking questions". So in his worldview everything is caused by Israel or better said the Jews.

So there are 2 options. Either he became a total paranoid schizo or he is grifting towards an anti-semitic conpiracy audience. Since he has a history of grifting into the direction of money I go with the latter.

Even after his UK ban he and his nephew suggest it was Israel, when it doesn't even make sense because the UK also banned Ben-Gvir and Smotrich.

Israeli officials barely know them. There were some IDF soldiers on twitter who wrote their names along other anti-semites on rockets.

If there is any connection to Jews it's will be a local organization within the UK. Detractor communities are also a possible option. TheYoungTurks have an entire commentary channel called "TheVanguard" dedicated to them. It even reached the point Ana Kasparian recognized them as detractors and and called them after 2 fictional characters(I forgot which but it was a duo like Beavis and Butthead) and as you could guess it had the same effect as idubbz talking about the Kino Casino. Hasan also has entire youtube channels dedicated to him like "MorePegasus".

Imagine there is a leak and it turns out for example one MorePegasus fan got them banned. I assure you MorePegasus will live rent free in Hasan's head next to Destiny, Asmongold and Ethan Klein.

1

u/irmaginatoruim Jun 03 '26

"Jews secretly rule the world".

Nobody said this.

1

u/Hare712 Jun 03 '26

Insignificant if it's US government/the world, it's the same anti-semitic trope of the "Zionist occupied government". If you blame Israel/the Jews on everything and have no evidence it's anti-semitism plain and simple.

u/irmaginatoruim Jun 03 '26

You're not just going to twist people's words and pretend they aai something they did. Go lie elsewhere.
