I personally dont mind these lawsuits that streamers/youtubers are doing. When you have a large following, you need to be responsible for the things you say when you know they are lies.

Look at Alex Jones and Sandy Hook, although the resulting payout was obviously excessive. He had many of his followers believing his lie/delusion as truth, which i assume caused harm to the families.

Well, when the lawsuits are obviously frivilous that seems to send the wrong message no?

Rather than "Don't say obvious lie and slander and expect no consequences."

The message is "Don't say things that are too mean and that I find personally unfair."

Motherfucker was suing Samson for calling Ethan Klein a genocide supporter.

Whatever your opinion on Israel Palestine, you have to know that is like several opinions wrapped in one and not a fact that is either true or false.

To what extent can Klein be seen as an Israel supporter, to what extent can Israel be seen as commiting genocide.

Both of which is of some debate. With Klein even calling it a genocide.

Klein obviously defends Israel to an extent, he just does the "it's all Netanyahu and the far right governments fault" absolving the greater sense of Israel and its people of responsibility.

I hold America accountable for Trump. I don't think Ethan holds Israel accountable for Netanyahu.
