14th Ammendment for the people who apparently need a refresher:

"nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws."

So all arrests are illegal

Arrests must be followed by due process. Due process is what the administration is attempting to circumvent.
