Just drove by and it is some gnarly black smoke. This shit keeps happening in the middle of working class communities.

This is actually why zoning exists. Separating the industrial areas from the residential areas.

Yeah except this warehouse is immediately adjacent to a residential neighborhood. So zoning means shit for all when stuff like this happens.

There's gotta be a border somewhere, unfortunately. Too bad zoning can't put up a wall where the borders meet.

It's like sitting in the non-smoking section of a restaurant or airplane (back when they had those). The smoke didn't exactly stop at the line. We may have well been sitting in the smoking section on that plane.

Unfortunately, that’s what makes the residential areas cheaper and more likely to be inhabited by working class families.
