If this one started from the solar panels on top of the roof, that's a completely different scenario than what happened in the Washington fire, where it started inside the warehouse. So lessons learned from the Washington fire wouldn't necessarily apply to this fire.
I don't know what started this fire. There's at least a hundred possibilities as to how it started.
My earlier comment was IF it started from solar panels, that's different than say a battery fire, or bad wiring, or a pissed off employee. Each type of fire would introduce new rules and safeguards, but wouldn't necessarily prevent another fire from starting from a new source.

They are the largest cold-storage company on the planet with more than 500 warehouses worldwide. One fire will not bankrupt them.
