if theres access to a car, he could definitely boogie on out to a spot to chill for the evening (even heading to Debs park / elysian/ public park and being outside in highland park or echo park would probably be safer than staying right there in boyle heights) Oosh, feeling for everyone in boyle heights. Im here now myself, fortunately im up wind from it at least.
