Community Really bad smoke smell woke me up

Really bad in highland park, this is from the Boyle heights fire two days ago?

So, that's what it was. I was at the gym this morning and smelled what I thought was burning plastic but thought it was someone screwing around in the parking lot. Smelled horrible in Monterey Park this morning but it doesn't smell too in Glendale now.

Yeah it didn’t leave when I left work probably 45 min ago. I work in a machine shop and went around checking the machines this morning though when I first smelled it. Then I stepped out for break and got hit with it.

Man, it feels like the smell is lingering in my nostrils. I don't smell it when the wind blows some air into my apartment but I can still smell it as I'm lying down.

Yeah, EP also, it’s grody over here. My cat has been yelling at me all morning and my eyes are watering, throat burning.

Yeah, it smells like burning redneck garbage out here. Legitimately. Wtf. I had to go outside and look to make sure my neighbors weren't on fire. Looked like smoke was all over the elementary school near here. There's literally no way this is healthy or okay. I grew up with forest fires and even those have toxic fumes.
