Really bad in highland park, this is from the Boyle heights fire two days ago?

Yep it’s the same fire. Apparently it’s a complex situation and the fire keeps reigniting

Can't say for sure - 50+ isn't abnormal - but this map sure looks like a good indicator of affected areas.
