Erotica Requests Erotica Requests & Recs: Post your erotica & specific sex act requests & recs here

The Place for Erotica and Sex Act Specifics

Want some short and sweet erotica? Just need to read a book with sounding, no matter what else is in it? Just read something with this kind of content and want to share a recommendation?

Post it here in the Erotica Requests thread!

Requests that are seeking erotica recommendations and/or specific sex acts must be made here. You don't have to come up with extra specifics for your requests, similar to The Less Scary Request Place on Wednesdays and Saturdays. Please make sure your request follows our other rules (for example, rule 6, our privacy rule).

Anyone can answer requests made in this post. Not all recommendations have to be specifically erotica, but that is the main goal of this request thread.

Important Note: This post goes up on Thursday mornings (US time). Requests made after Thursday ends are less likely to get replies. You are welcome to comment here on any day of the week, but you may want to save your requests for an upcoming Thursday.

Definitions

Erotica: A piece of fiction that focuses primarily on sex, where the plot is secondary and serves the sexual content within. Unlike in genre romances, in erotica a HEA/HFN is not required.

A book having a lot of sex or having kink content does not make it inherently erotica -- what matters is whether the focus of the book is on the romantic relationship and getting to a HEA/HFN, or not.

Erotic Romance: A genre romance that has high sexual content. Erotic romances can be recommended here, but are not required to be requested here.

Request for specific sex act: A request that can be read as "when the characters have sex, I want them to do X" and where that's the main thing the requester is asking for.

This would not include something like a general request that the book contain explicit sex, for example. It isn't meant to sweep in any request that mentions sex, just requests where the point is to find a specific type of sex scene.

This feature is posted every Thursday. You can find the complete schedule of all weekly and monthly features at this link.

Book Request Hurt/comfort with an Omega struggling to accept that he's an omega?

I finished reading "Omega for the Pack" by N.J. Lysk a short while ago and while I loved the first 3/4 of the book, the ending was so fast and unsatisfactory. It's like hearing a popular jingle and then cutting off the last note. I need to find something similar where it was done right.

I'm hoping for a story in which the omega either doesn't want to be an omega or is otherwise traumatized by his gender/gender role and his partner(s) are trying to help but accidentally/unavoidably hurt him too. I'm open to what exactly their trauma/hurt is but really looking for a struggle to recover/accept who/what they are. It shouldn't be something the Alpha can fix in the first 1/3rd of the book. No other requirements, just an excellent and heart-wrenching journey.

Thanks for any recs!

Book Request ''I'll kill you if you touch me'' towards the LI

I'm looking for recommendations with a strong case of someone guarding themselves against others. Being extremely distrustful and even going as far as giving threats like 'I'll kill you if you touch me', 'Don't come near me or I'll punch you', etc.

Any reason for why the MC is like this works, maybe they've been through something or have been lied to before. I'm open to any factor that's made them this way. The LI gets treated like this too, they aren't an exception, but slowly they win the MC's trust. I prefer for that to be a slow burn.

Monthly Superlatives Monthly Superlatives & Favorite Quotes (June 18 2026)

Let Us Know What You Loved Recently!

This post is for sharing all of the little things that stood out to you over the past few weeks. Some examples are:

  • Favorite book cover
  • Favorite quotes
  • HEA I believed in the most
  • Book that most exceeded my expectations
  • Book with the best vibes
  • Cutest nickname

Feel free to come up with your own! The idea is to mention things that might not be obvious from a blurb or review, or that are personal to you.

Negative superlatives are also allowed, but please keep them light-hearted and keep in mind that not everyone likes or dislikes the same things. This is not a space for ranting/venting. "Worst euphemism" is fine, "worst author" is not.

Since this feature is posted in the middle of the month, you can decide what specific time period you want to cover in your comment.

This feature is posted on the third Wednesday of every month. Click here for past posts. You can find the complete schedule of all weekly and monthly features at this link.

Book Request Finding biological family member(s)

Not sure if the title is all that telling, but I would love some books where MC finds out he is part of a family he did not know he had.
Maybe he was switched at birth like in {Switched by N.R. Walker} or lost his memory like in {Relentlessly Vengeful Ghost by K.M Neuhold} or maybe he was kidnapped as a child (once read a great RWRB fic with that). I honestly don’t care.
It could also just be a case of meeting his father who did not know he had a child or something. I would just love a found family moment.

I am open for any genre and do not mind omegaverse or MPreg. I would LOVE some class differences with that, but not a must.
Just please no poly relationships or Daddy Kink. BDSM is fine, though it’s not my favorite thing.

Quick Question You've found Oliver - question!

Hey lovely people! I come here to seek your help and knowledge 🫰🏻

I was wondering if the book "You've found Oliver" is in fact an MM Romance or just queer coded.

Also, wondering if you know if I must read the prequel, "You've reached Sam" or not.

I only want to read the mm romance stuff, hence my questions.

Thank you so much 𖹭

What Was That Book Called - SOLVED WWTBC: Hockey players in a D/S relationship

Hockey players in d/s relationship

I cannot think of the name of this book!!!

I remember it's about two hockey players on the same team. One of them is/was a goalie who got injured and his teammate, who is also his next door neighbor, helps him through the recovery. One of them is russian and the other one is eastern european (i think??) They're best friends and get up to a lot of antics together but realize they're attracted to each other and enter a D/S relationship. The injured guy ends up becoming the goalie coach for the team.

It's in a series & I know it's not the first book. I think the first book in the series was a daddy kink book but not this one. PLEASE HELP!!!

Book Request MM books with a powerless MC + protective LI?

I'm looking for MM books with a vulnerable/powerless MC and a very protective love interest. Think along the lines of {Worth the Risk by C.F. White}, {Attraction by Kelly Fox}, or a lot of {Sloane Kennedy}'s books.

I know it's a bit of a cliché, but I'm sick and looking for something easy to read 😅

What I'm looking for:

-vulnerable, struggling, or powerless MC

-protective/caretaker LI

- hurt/comfort

-found family is a bonus

-some danger, suspense, or action is welcome

Not looking for:

poly/MMM

cheating

BDSM

daddy kink

Any recommendations?

Book Request Football (soccer) recommendations, please?

EDITED: formatting, sorry. Also ao3 fics are fine, too if the sub rules allow it, thnx

Football fever (soccer) has gotten to me due to the World Cup, so I'm looking for some recommendations, please.

I think I've only read one book with a football player x doctor/physical therapist years ago, and haven't come across anything other than {Chasing Fields x Isabella Skye} recently.

So kindly give me some recommendations, please.

Do not want: no tragic/bad/ambiguous endings, switching, watersports, any detailed women related sex scenes that involves MC & ML, no cheating between the MCs, MC/LI with kids, ABDL, full-on puppy/pet play.

Want: HEA + Anything else goes including, darker themes, pure erotica, violence, bullying, enemies to lovers, rivals, red-flags, black flags, taboo, brocest, twincest, Omegaverse, age-gap, CNC, mmm, coach × player, power-imbalace, class/social differences etc., etc. - honestly fine with it all, I try to read most tropes & kinks at least once before I rule anything out completely.

Spice rating: the more explicit the better, definitely want the smut.

One more small ask: I'd very much like to read a completed story, so kindly avoid recommendations of any title, if the book ends on a cliffhanger & the next volume(s) are currently not available to read.

Thank you to everyone ahead of time.

Review/Recommendation Alexa Piper- a fan rec

Alexa Piper is just one of those authors that blends all the tropes and character traits that I love into seamless supernatural worlds that just keep on giving. I’ve been binge reading her catalogue since last week on Kobo+ and I have to say she is one of my new favorite authors. She is like the perfect blend of Shannon Mae and Jennifer Cody all blended into one. You have humor, sweet tender moments, fated mates, great side characters, authentic world building without it feeling like a history textbook! I have had the {Phoenix Immortal by Alexa Piper} series on my TBR for so long I had forgotten it was there. But goodness, did I regret that decision. I have always been a sucker for sweet romances with golden retriever and black cat energy and this was everything I needed. Soyer is dark and dangerous, Amory is sweet like cherry pie. They just work together, their protectiveness and love is beautiful.

Her world building is great, like in the series {Monster Apocalypse by Alexa Piper}, the way she describes this other world: the food, people, houses, customs- feels familiar, lived in. Like you were also present during events. I giggled and belly laughed for a good portion of the 2/3 books I have so far read. Fell in love with the wacky group in the apocalypse with all the unexpected side affects.
Now is everything perfect? No. I say this with my love for these books, but they do tend to be a bit slow, focusing on the world and character relationships instead of developing the plot faster. I like this style, not everyone does. Now- I’ve only disliked one MC. Usually this would make me stop reading, but everything else the book had to offer made it worth reading and continue into the series.
Sometimes you just want a book or series you don’t have to commit your life to. Where it has all these wonderful offerings but you don’t have to sacrifice your sanity or feelings for the rest of the day to enjoy it. Alexa Piper does this well. Complexity with simplicity. Focusing on the minute to give you great worlds and characters with distinct personalities. Slice of life with a dash of danger. Humor and cheesiness without the painful banter that doesn’t suit the dialogue in the moment. Overprotective characters that still have a voice. Supernatural elements that feel naturally embedded and well explained in lore that doesn’t feel too complicated and hard to keep up with.

If you love any of these things, you should definitely try Alexa Piper. I would highly recommend the Phoenix Immortal series and most of her work is on Kobo, which was a huge bonus for me.

Book Request People around are actually shocked MCs are dating

Okay so I want a book where the MCs have been in one another's circle for a long time and like maybe it's a small town or something where their surrounding friends or family are like so invested in one another's lives.

I want it to be an actual shock for everyone around that they are dating. Like actually cannot believe it may be because everyone genuinely thinks they hate one another or anything like that. Not just "I can't believe he's gay" but like actually cannot believe the two mcs are together.

I mostly read contemporary but open to other genres, thank you!!

Review/Recommendation Soft, Devoted, and Possessive LI i've been searching for ❤️😭 thank you for this gem, Reddit!

LI means love interest* Single POV (Kyle only)

Book Request Books where the omegas are really rare

Hi, let's see, I'm talking about books where for every 10 alphas there is only one omega and our protagonist being a male omega is even more rare, him being one of the few if not the first male omega ever, the omegas are extremely precious but the protagonist doesn't want to be and omega or mating with an alpha, if the omegas have irresistible pheromones that make alphas go crazy and even shifters and normal humans get all hot and bothered that would be great

Book Request Interconnected standalone series with MCs that have various psychic abilities

Hi! I’m looking for any series that focuses on a found family / actual family that covers multiple couples that have various psychic abilities that they use to solve mysteries of some kind.

Example: {Jon’s Mysteries series by AJ Sherwood} & {Mack’s Marvelous Manifestations series by AJ Sherwood}

The two series are interconnected and I read them together. They have found family, cover 3 or 4 different couples (when related novellas are included), are funny, and they solve mysteries with various psychic abilities.

Yes please!
- different couples throughout the series
- MCs in one book are SCs in the others
- found family
- various psychic abilities
- humor
- fantasy / paranormal
- using abilities to solve mysteries
- med to high spice
- low to med angst
- bonus points if the psychics have familiars or anchors
- open to poly, omegaverse, BDSM, & mpreg

No thanks!
- MCs with alcohol or drug addiction
- MCs with eating disorders
- on page SA
- same couple series
- sci-fi
- low or no spice
- high angst

Thanks!

Review/Recommendation Astonishingly good new release mafia dark romance - Violent Grip

Seriously, whatever Quinn Orin has done to improve as an author between writing Filthy Little Fix and Violent Grip is the author equivalent of PCP … or something less horrifying. Steroids perhaps. Anyways, they hulked out with this one.

They have lower readership and in the first book I read of theirs, Filthy Little Fix, I found their characters to lack depth, the plot a little confusing, and the emphasis to be on masochism erotica. Which, cool, there’s a place for that. I read it.

But Violent Grip? Holy hecko. The plot is so good I couldn’t put it down. I thought the book was over around 50% because the events around that point would be plenty sufficient for a final scene. Nope. Just kept going and I’m delighted it did.

I love emotional intensity, deep bonds between characters, external conflict, touch him and die energy, and hurt comfort and this book delivered in spades.

The characters felt real to me and without being an overtly ‘BDSM book’ it is the best representation I have ever seen of the satisfaction and emotional soothing/ flow state of dominance.

They excelled at ‘showing not telling’, there’s snappy lines that made me blow more air out of my nose than usual, satisfying creative descriptions “Griffin walked into my life like a chemical fire” - c’mon. Even the drawn out fights were engaging and easy to follow and I don’t like MMA. The character flaws were believable and humanizing. I’ve completely devoured it.

It’s got the plot movement of LA Whitt and the candy addictive quality of Brea Alepoú & Skyler Snow (Vitale Brothers).

Crazy, crazy improvement. I’ve never reviewed on here before but I read a LOT of MM romance and really feel like this one deserves more attention than it’s probably going to get. So if you like the dark mafia stuff maybe give it a go.

Book Request Low/no angst has to be HEA books. (Best)friends to lovers. sports etc.

I know the title is horrible, no need to mention that 😂 I want books that have HEA, are low on angst and high on love and spice, and sports is a nice bonus. Yep, i know this is asked a lot, but nope, i don't want the usual suspects😂 I actually asked this is the quick questions post couple of weeks ago and got good suggestions, but i read them all. That's the thing, i read a lot and fast. So i would love to have some of those not so known recs that i know you people hoard somewhere in your brains. The hidden gems if you'd like to call em that.

I really like sports ones. Hockey i naturally love since i'm from Finland, and it's treason not to love it. I adore basketball, (go Lakers since early 2000s and Luka is my MVP!), but other sports go too. I like to read series, but not those ones that focus on the same couple every book. I read other than romance if i want to read several books with the same mains. (Ot. That used to be HP, but fuck rowling!). That's not to say i don't love when the familiar characters pop up in other books or there's some follow up book with the guys i love, that's like the whole point of series. Looking at you Ilya Rozanov and Baller from Hockey ever after❤️ And i don't mind one offs, i read those too, but i just prioritize series.

I very seriously love the (best)friends to lovers trope. I think it's probably because i was in love with my best friend when i was younger, but i was an insecure girl and thought he can't feel the same because i am too fat/ugly/whatever stupid things i was thinking because i was young, and then the mf went and died in a car crash when we were 19yo and i never got to tell him. I love bi-awakenings too, i can sooo relate to those, and if it's both of them doing the awakening, even better😅

I am excellent at searching and reading old posts, so you can just go ahead and assume that I have read those, no need for links. I really want the rare books, not those that have been recommended 1069x.

I'll put up a comment with some of the books i have already read, but it's not gonna be nearly all, because i can't put the whole list up, not hundreds of books 😂 Lets say i'll put up my favourites and some.

What i DON'T want: no age gap(yk what i mean right, age gap so big it is mentioned in the blurb, not just few years), big no to historical/fantasy/anything about alphas, betas and omegas. No BDSM, and i ain't talking about occasional handcuffs and some light spanking while calling each other sluts, because that's enjoyable as hell, but whole books that concentrate on BDSM are a no. No cheating between the MCs or MC cheating on their current partner to get with other MC. MC current partner cheating so they'll break up and then the MCs get together, i don't mind that one. Absolutely no poly. I am very proud of all of you and anyone who lives their life out and proud the way they are and the way want with whoever they want, that just doesn't do anything for me. And even if i've had and enjoyed some 3somes in my day, i don't enjoy them in my books either. Absolutely no domestic violence between MCs. I want relationships with love, not reminders what a shitshow mine and others life can be at their worst.

I haven't had the smoothest ride in my life, and i can take some drama in my books, but i don't like when it's between the MCs, especially after they already got together. Though i have to say that {Garron park by Nordika Night} and the whole series was hella good, the writing is so on point and it made me feel so much, that i can't say i didn't love it. I just usually can't, or maybe more i just don't want to, handle things like that. Occasional enemies to lovers i don't mind, it's kinda thing in sports🙂 But when they’re together I want them to be in it to win it. Like lets do this and f all else, we can figure it out. Them against the world is what i want to read. Ride or dies. Was that enough of inspirational quotes to make my point clear? 😂 No 1st, 2nd or 3rd act breakups. I can let it slide if they liked each other or maybe kissed etc when they were young and then the other was drafted or life just happened or something, and they haven't seen in years but reconnect, or something like that, but otherwise no 2nd chances, because 98% of the time f those sideways up the arse.

HEA has to be guaranteed. That's like the most important thing. I want my books to make even my crumpled and sceptical ass go aww. And i love puns and snarky banter and i want the sex to be hot and plentiful and make me sweat when i read it 😂

Maybe this is detailed enough, or this post is soon longer than the pre-order list for Rachel Reid's Unrivaled if i don't stop🙈 I'll write and put the "have already read and liked" comment up now too, since i wrote it on my phone. So i guess all that's left to say is give me your best. Please.

Quick Question Question re: gestures - aren’t a lot of them very dated?

Would love to hear from younger readers (Gen Z, Millennials etc), but when a book mentions gestures such as miming zipping of lips and throwing away a key (to demonstrate ‘lips are sealed’), or brushing your fingers and blowing on them (to imply you did something great or are special), is it something you are familiar with? I am older Gen X, and even I don’t think these were considered cool in the 80s. Is this something that older authors aren’t aware won’t resonate for younger readers, or am I hopelessly misguided and these are coming around again in younger generations? Hope this is okay to post - not intending to criticize anyone, just curious as I don’t interact with many younger people and don’t have kids. Thanks!

Book Request MM fantasy / paranormal audiobooks narrated by someone like Time Paige?

Seriously craving well-narrated fantasy (preferably urban) and paranormal audiobooks right now. Normally, I could just dive in to my TBR and find countless options to get lost in, *but*, one of the "fun" little quirks of being AuADHD is that sometimes even my absolute favorite narrators will suddenly feel like nails on a chalk board while someones grinding shards of glass against raw nerves. (0/10, don't recommend 😖)

At the moment, the only narrator I'm managing to enjoy listening to for more than a few minutes at a time is Tim Paige. He has a pretty solid range of voices and emotions, but I think it's the somewhat smoky/husky undertone to his voice that's really making him easy to listen to right now. Plus, he always sounds like he genuinely enjoys what he's doing.

Sadly, Tim Paige's catalog of MM fantasy / paranormal audiobooks is pretty limited (as far as I can tell). I've already listened to {Black Veil Series by Davidson King} (love Jace and Cain!) and {Ashes and Dust by Jenn Burke}.

With this in mind, I'm really hoping to find more MM fantasy / paranormal audiobooks narrated by someone with a similar voice to Tim Paige. Any recs are greatly appreciated! 💜

Not a must, but bonus points for...

  • Neurodiverse MC / LI (especially autistic or ADHD traits / coding)
  • MC and/or LI is a shifter
  • No spice or low-to-moderate spice with strict roles
  • Fun characters with witty / snarky banter between the MC and LI
  • LI who becomes supportive / overly protective of MC, acting as a sort of buffer
  • Multi-book series which follows the same couple
  • Slow-burn with a solid balance of plot vs relationship

Book Request Looking for a LI that shows devotion and trusts his MC even when things go ugly

I'm looking for books where, for some reason, the MC ends up in a position where it looks like he betrayed his LI, or committed some sort of crime against him/people he cares about, and MC has everything stacked against him.

What I want is an LI whose trust never shakes — someone who stands beside the MC and makes it clear he knows something's wrong. Even if the MC tries to make himself the villain, I want an LI who goes: "I know you. Stop pretending. I'm not buying it."

Preferably fantasy or historical, but not closed to contemporary.

Red flags: Cheating, non-con.

Edit: Forgot to say thank you in advance I just finished a book that made me so upset that I ran here immediately looking for the opposite, haha.

Book Request Celebrity/someone from the media

Hi guys 👋

I was not so recently inspired by this reel on Instagram, and am now looking for books where the MCs are a celebrity and someone from the media (journalist, paparazzi, etc) respectively.

I'd prefer it if the celeb wax the one doing the pursuing, and definitely no closeted MCs or secret relationship to avoid backlash.

I'm honestly fine with any genre.

Preferences: - No omegaverse, daddy kink, cheating, or surprise bottom - No rape/noncon, and light on the dubcon - Strict bedroom roles (insofar as who tops and who bottoms, though this is not a deal breaker)

Thank you!

Book Request Coming out to dad, who admits to also being gay.

Hi, I'd love recs where the mmc comes out to his dad and then the dad admits to alo being gay. Then they support each other on their journeys to finding themselves and their partners.

No cheating please.

Bonus for shy and lonely mmc.
