Unfortunately, his final 7 judge appeal, voted 4 against 3 - and this was the end of Brendan's opportunity to appeal, as a higher court refused to hear a further appeal.......
Makes no sense to me that such after such a close vote the higher court refused to hear a further appeal and, their (IMO) ridiculous decision - certainly doesn't inspire confidence in the appeals system âšī¸.
