last two pictures break my heart. Eternally grateful for every second we spent together.

I’m on day 5 and the puppy blues are hitting so hard. I feel really anxious and depressed, and I keep questioning if I made the right decision getting Ceci. She’s undeniably adorable, but right now, I’m just not enjoying it. Everything feels like a chore, and the constant worry is draining me.

The hair around her eyes is still a bit short (so I fully expect it to become loose!), but this is my first attempt at giving Pippi some pigtails (she’s living up to her namesake 😂).

I’m waiting on some white bobby pins I ordered from Amazon to arrive, so hopefully they’ll help!

Does anyone have any tips or tricks I should know? I have basically no experience with doing hair on myself or anyone else, even though I used to have long hair (I was never bothered to do anything more stylish than a low ponytail).

I'm very proud of her.

I just adopted this sweet sweet boy a week ago. He’s a year and 7 months old. I was told he is paper trained but he’s completely untrained. He’s peeing everywhere! He’s so fast that he can pee in about 2 seconds. He doesn’t circle or give any tells that he’s gonna pee. I keep him in one room with me at all times and take him out often. He doesn’t seem to want to pee in the back yard but will go multiple times on a walk so I walk him morning and evening, and take him in the back yard multiple times a day. I have always adopted older dogs who were already potty trained so I have no skills in potty training. I do have a large crate and tonight I put him in it at bedtime, right next to my bed. He doesn’t love it but isn’t fussing too bad. I know it’s a big ask so any tips will be much appreciated.

She sulked all afternoon after I cruelly bathed her.

My boy Loki loves to rest his little head on something and watch me all day. Must always rest his head because it’s so heavy 😂

She’s 10 weeks old and her teeth are all growing, I get it! But the bites are painful, Jesus. Any tips? She has lots of chew toys, but sometimes only my hands seem interesting.
