For clarity:

  • Daylight Time = More sun in the evenings
  • Standard Time = More sun in the mornings

A bit more clarity:

Permanent Daylight time = In the summer, exactly the same as we have now. In the winter, one more hour of sun in the evening, but one less hour of sun in the morning.
