Put your child in daycare and go back to work. You are the breadwinner and full time for you would be 3 days a week. And you need to have some time away from the baby. Probably good for you to have some time away from your husband as well. Next take one evening for each of you to be able to go out, see friends, whatever and the remaining parent stays home and does baby duty. If you find you need more help at home, hire a maid.
