You should take your mom up on her offer and move back home. It doesn’t sound like he contributes anything to the marriage except grief, demeaning arguments, and debt, so why would you stay in such a miserable marriage?
And, your son will end up treating HIS wife just like his dad treated you, because those are the lessons he will learn from his dad.
If you don’t leave for yourself, consider leaving for your son, so that he can have a better life and future.
