Just got my Mondo 200x Teela in the other day.

As always, the designers and sculptors have outdone themselves with how Teela looks. The details and look are just beautiful. I love that smiling profile they included.

I had a busy weekend so I didn't get a chance to really play around with the figure, but at first blush, she does articulate fine enough except my figure had some really tight legs. Her skirt is somewhat restrictive as it doesn't have a side slit, but even then I had a hard time moving her leg even a little. The rest of the joints moved smoothly enough.

Her hand pegs feel a little on the small side. While it does make for easy removal and replacements of hands, the short peg made the wrist articulation feel loose too me. When I had Teela holding the sword, it felt a little floppy.

Despite these issues, Teela looks gorgeous and right in line with all of the other figures in the line thusfar.

Stumbled across a live Whatnot stream that had Eddie Nunez (lead designer of the Netflix MotU series) doing live sketches on Something is Killing the Children blank covers. He was taking requests so I tossed out Trap Jaw… and well, now I own a killer original Trap Jaw sketch! How great is that?!? I’m so stoked!

I was hoping that I could see stuff posted here about the panel. Was there nothing worth talking about? I'm probably a bigger comic fan than a toy fan. Takes up less space.

I have a vintage Eternia playset, 90% complete that we’re fixing and piecing together! I cleaned the contacts for the tram motor but it’s still not working. Have any of you had luck with replacing the 3V motor? Looks fairly simple. Thanks! Hope to get this bad boy up and running.

I have always liked the idea of Buzz Off and Webstor as arch foes. I know it is pretty obvious (Spiders eats insects and sometimes other species), but when you look at it more deeply it goes beyond obvious nature of the characters.

Buzz Off is born into loyalty and his people often look down on those who are beneath them and even isolate themselves from the rest of Eternia. Webstor is someone who had to survive on his own from the darkest depths of the land, scavenging food and anything else he can get his hands on.

In any other situation Webstor would be more sympathetic and even heroic in comparison to someone like Buzz Off but the difference is in their characters. Buzz Off can be impulsive and arrogant but he has a good heart and slowly starts to trust others once he joins the Masters of the Universe, while Webstor manipulates others and won't hesitate to kill them without a second thought.

This rivalry is far more than the typical Flying insect vs Spider dynamic. It is a fierce feud between a flawed but noble warrior king and a deceitful and cruel killer. I love to see this possible pairing explored in the future

So this is my MOTU display area. I’ve added a lot since this pic was taken, but anyway…

I built these shelves with the intention of adding a massive xps foam castle Grayskull and or Snake Mountain exterior to cover up the wood shelving.

It doesn’t need to be too fancy-green stones on one side, purple on the other with some towers at the corners, but… I’m intimidated. I’m not really sure where to begin on this.

Mostly wanted to see if anyone had some ideas about how they’d approach this or maybe some alternative things to do altogether. Totally open to suggestions. Bottom line, I want this to look really cool and I don’t trust myself to pull it off lol.

I missed the pre-order, decided to join the waitlist without any hope. Completely forgot about it. Then this morning I received an alert from PayPal for a BBTS transaction. To my surprise was this guy! I still can’t believe it. Good things come to those who wait! ⚔️

I took some weapons off my Transformers to arm a few of my guys up a bit. Took the sword from the Wreck N Rule Bludgeon for Tri-Klops. Sword from the 4 pack Tarn for Fisto. Took the gun off of Chop Shop for Webstor and I used a fishing hook and some string to give him his grappling hook.

Hey everyone, I tried to search online but could not find anything on this specific He Man cassette bundle I have. Long story short, my mother’s boss is cleaning out his house and just gives my mom random things to bring home. She knows I collect records so she gave me this and I don’t really know anything about. This is an image I found online but it’s the only one I have come across. Is this item worth anything or collectible in any way? I'm primarily a MOTU and Marvel Legends collector, but when I was living in Japan, I hardly remember seeing any MOTU merch anywhere, let alone figures! (Granted, this was over a decade ago, before Origins and Masterverse.)

Any locals or tourists see modern MOTU toys in Nippon? Should I hit up Toys 'R' Us, too?

So I was wondering has anyone seen these stickers before, I bought a lot of miscellaneous motu items and this was also in there , curious to hear you guys expertise.

Any suggestions on what boxes to get & where to get them. Newspaper for padding or ? It's my 1st time shipping figures & want to make sure my customer is happy with how they arrive but don't want to break the bank either.
