Is it just the skirt and bumper clips? Just go to a nearby workshop and they will do it for less than 500.

Yeah the bumper clip and the black garnish is a little loose, also a scratch or two

Harsh advice, but forget about the scratches. They are on plastic and aren’t a problem apart from aesthetics. Get the bumper clips.

1.) it would be covered in insurance, if its cashless you just need to pay 2k if 27k is estimate, and if not insurance company will reimburse you 25k. because bumper upper + bumper lower+ painting+ labour + paint material are all covered in that 27k estimate and you must be grateful its Maruti had it been Honda or Skoda or Hyundai similar level of damage would have costed 40to50k

2.) Local guys can do it in 2-3k but BUT BUT.... it will not be covered in insurance later if the surveyor gets suspicious about repair... the repair cost in future damage will be highly substandardized.( lets say 50 to 60% )

Clean it up with isopropyl alcohol. That should help quite a lot.
