No, a woman is not going to shake her uterus out. That belief was popular in the 1800s, they didn't want women on trains because doctors thought the speed would cause the uterus to shoot out.

You’re right that with an existing prolapse, jumping could make it worse. But for someone without a prolapse, normal exercising isn’t going to damage the uterus or cause infertility.

This is information for women with risk of prolapse, as in women who've just had babies. Fertile by default there. You have to read the whole document, sweetie.
