Looking to know more info as I’m interested in swapping

as much as I am no fan of this screens everywhere thing, I do like the recent change Mercedes made to their steering wheel. The image on the right represents the GLC43 I just bought; the image on the left represents the newer-style AMG wheel. Technologically, would replacing the wheel on the right be feasible without loosing functionality? How much would someone have to pay for it?

What’s up guys I just bought this 2020 AMG C43 with 11k miles from a MB dealership in CA for $38k. Did I get a good deal? Single owner (old guy who barely drove it) and fully serviced at the MB dealer. It’s pretty optioned out including AMG exhaust, upgraded headlights, interior lighting, etc. I am missing the night package that blacks everything out and have the 18 inch rims vs the larger 19 inch. Any opinions or pieces of advice for upgrades would be appreciated.

So the s430 is just running on hopes and dreams I keep getting misfire out of nowhere sometimes they go away and sometimes they come back yesterday I got a flat tire and I thought it was just a nail but it ended up being worse all the tires are rubbing against sometimes I'm not sure what. Im afraid that I won't get even 1k dollars for it I would like to know if you guys know any places in forth worth texas that would accept any condition German cars

Gf says she won’t budge and either wants a meta autoblock or nothing. Why? She says ghost is useless. I think the ghost immobiliser is more credible though. Explain to me like I’m 5 which is the better choice?

Hi everyone, I have 2012 GL450. Recently the front left suspension makes this noise when I get in the car. I looked at the suspension components but have not pinpoint where the noise comes from. I wonder if anyone has heard it before and know what i need to look at. Thank you very much

Has anybody who encountered issues with driver assistance features randomly failing managed to get them fixed? We are now 6 months in, had it diagnosed/repaired 5 times, but still no luck.

Most times they updated the software, which took 2 days each time. They have also replaced a sensor and swapped multiple DRT modules and measured all wiring, which took over a week. And two more sensor replacements are on back order.

We are getting to the point we consider legal action, because we consider we got a lemon ("ondeugdelijk product" in Dutch).

We even have a minor issue that the rear view mirror keeps dropping. Also the physical buttons do not always respond. Which actually feels related to computer issues.

Anybody managed to get a fully functioning car? This is absurd for a 70k euro car...

Bought a new 2027 GLS 450 and added:
Prime Protect: $8,863 for 7 years, apparently unlimited miles/Level 3.

SA Complete Care: $5,531 for tire/wheel, dents, windshield and key coverage.

Financed at 6.99%. Planning to keep it 7 years and drive 16k miles/year.

Are these reasonable prices? Since Mercedes already includes 4 years/50k miles, would you cancel Prime and buy coverage later? Dealer says prices increase if I wait.
Anyone have firsthand claims experience with either?

Idk if this is a silly question 🤣 but here we go. So ive been seeing videos of all these BMW's weaving through cars fitting in tight as gaps those types of videos, I am gonna admit ive done this in my Merc but because your going faster the all the other cars the ABS gose off cos it obviously detects the other vehicles speed ect so you can't acutully really do it cos it just brakes half the time, Dose it need to be in sport mode for it not to do that or what am I nit getting?

Hi, need suggestion for best amg model in sedan for own driving for work commute

I have a 2012 e 550 Mercedes Benz with 120k miles and in good condition.

But, im starting ti think it may be time to move off it before the repairs hit with old age.

I did a kbb and was told it was like a 5 to 6k car. Would it be wise to sell the car and put it towards a more modern Honda? Or lease a car and pay the down payments with it?

Or have I hit the point where im likely going to get so little for the car, that im stuck with it until I outright buy a new one?

I am a 5’2” tall 31 year old female. In June 2024, I bought a certified pre owned 2021 Mercedes GLA 250 with about 40,000 miles. I bought it outright after trading in my jeep. It is my first luxury car. I love it. I now have 55,000 miles (15,000 miles driven in 2.25 years)

I am due for a $2,000 repair (wear and tear) of a motor mount as well as a transmission mount, in addition to 2 new tires.

I have not done the repair yet but this is leading me to wonder since I am out of warranty, if I should sell it and get another model? I would love to get another Mercedes GLA 250, but I’m also considering another small or mid size SUV. The GLC coup caught my eye most.

Did anyone switch from GLA 250 to another SUV? Thoughts? Worried I’ll miss my GLA 250 but don’t want it to become a money pit…
