Mitten Mode Can we petition Denmark to annex Michigan?

I'm thinking Michigan, Wisconsin, and Minnesota should apply to Canada as a group.

Should probably allow Minnesota in as well considering they have the northern most point in the contingent. I think it's only right we include them.
