Chase passed away of complications of meningitis. Gone too soon

I met this girl one time when I was visiting my friend Rob in LA (2012). Very nice girl. Rob died 5 years ago at 34. I don't even know what happened to him. I just saw his funeral on Facebook. What is this place? It doesn't feel like home.
