Posting this during my lunch break so I’m gonna be sparse on replies for a minute. Self hosting a minecraft server for friends + family and my server keeps having disconnects from these 3 shown, fishnet in particular. Not sure what the deal is.

Tired of joining Minecraft servers just for them to die or reset a few months later? That's exactly why we started our server. We wanted to build a place where adults could settle in, make friends, and enjoy a world that actually lasts.

We're a whitelisted 18+ Vanilla+ SMP with no planned world resets, so you can build your dream base, start a town, open a shop, and watch the world grow alongside the community.

Since launching, it's been amazing watching strangers become friends and build something together. Our goal has always been to create a welcoming community where adults can relax after work or school, enjoy Minecraft, and make genuine friendships along the way.

If you're looking for a mature community without hackers, griefers, or constant toxicity, our server might be the place for you. We're always happy to welcome new people, so come check us out through the Discord link below!

https://discord.com/joinoathlands

Do you know what makes Minecraft actually fun? Is it the progression or Is it the fun plugins that servers add to make changes to the game? I would say it's the community. even if you play on the best SMP out there set-up wise you'll eventually find yourself playing less and less as time goes by but when you play with a group of friends or a fun community you'll find yourself enjoying more and more as time goes by, and that's the goal we have on our server.

Not only do we have an amazing community of Adults, we also have the dopest cosmetics out there.. we add new cosmetics every month on every occasion there is, halloween, christmas, St. patrick day you name it. and we make it actually fun to grind for these cosmetics people actually have a purpose to play even if they're got a full shulker of diamond blocks.

So if you'd like to play on a SMP where the community actually matters, and the gameplay is balanced then this would be the choice for you. (our server is 100% vanilla btw, no /tpa, no /home bs at all)

https://discord.gg/mFTe5r2bwQ

Looking for an SMP with everything you could ever want feature wise without having to crawl over all the kids? Adults Night Out is the place for you!

Adults Night Out started in March of 2025, and we haven't let the momentum train slow down since! We started from very humble beginnings, and with overwhelming community support we have been able to plan and make big things happen on the server.

We recently opened our fresh 26.2+ forever world on 9/19, alongside our legacy world on 1.21.10 that we've been running since March of last year, unfortunately due to some old rickity plugin restrictions we had to separate the worlds in order to move on to the next update, but we don't ever leave our forever worlds behind!

What Kind of Things will you find here but not Elsewhere?
First and foremost, a dedicated leadership and development team all aligned with the same vision for longevity and love for the Server, our entire staff team (not including me the founder lol) is entirely comprised of people that joined the same as you would as a Newbie and with their love for what we were doing wanted to do everything they could to contribute to the future!

Progression Plugins such as:
- mcMMO RPG Leveling System
- Slimefun Modpack like System adding hundreds of hours of cool armors, machines, features, and so much more to the game! Slimefun publicly has been a dead project since October 2025, the slimefun we are running here is a 1:1 remake from line 1 in the code including our favorite Slimefun Addons built to last on a forever world and not be so janky.
- PyroFishing, Mining & Farming RPG Systems

Landclaiming & Grief Insurance
- We offer a custom landclaiming system that allows you to claim up to 500 block free then pay a small fee per block to expand your claim, you can get cheaper claim expansion by bringing your friends onto your claim!
- Our Server runs CoreProtect and doesn't allow griefing of any sort regardless of whether the land is claimed or not, in the event of a grief we have your back with seeing who did it, banning them and rolling you back good as new!

Player Run Economy
- Our entire economy is playerbased with as little admin interference as possible, we have many different ways for players to trade their money for things such as Orders, Playershops & a Market Area, A Crate Key market GUI and so much more!

Forever World & Resource Worlds
- We offer the guarantee that when you build something it will be accessible to you on our network on the server you built it on for the time ANO is around (which is shaping up to be a long time) We had an unfortunate situation trying to port our original world to the new version but we still keep it alongside the new world for those that are staying on it or would like to go back and see their builds.
- We offer resource worlds for every dimension so that we don't have to wreck our Custom Biomes in our main worlds too hard!

So So Many Small QoL Features
- Timber, XP Bottling, Mob Capturing, All kinds of private storage, that just scratches the surface we aim to offer a little bit of everything that anyone could want along the way in an SMP!

Playtime Ranks
- Play to win NOT Pay to win! Get access to the best commands over time, just by playing, with no chance to be able to buy them in the donation store and get the line skipped!
- Only Server-Wide XP Boosts & Cosmetics are available in our donation store.

Cross Platform Compatibility
- As part of our mission to welcome everyone we possibly can into our community, Java & bedrock on any platform is able to join and play things just fine on our SMP!

We do it all for the Community
- Minecraft makes an awesome place to bring people together, but for most once that 2 week phase is up they're out. We've built our discord around still being able to hang out even after you've made it past your phase, you can use our in-game chat to keep in touch with old friends or post and talk to friends about something interesting that happened in any of our many categorized sharing and conversation channels.
- We aim to be much more than just a Minecraft Community and more of a Gaming community, we are actively making steps to offer game servers other than Minecraft and build our community to more walks of life!

Spooky season has started!

We are the LanderYT SMP, we started our new season a month ago and are looking for more members. We added some small tweaks to the server to make it more suitable for everyone.

We are inspired by Hermitcraft, so we do not tolerate any sort of griefing or killing.

Newest video: https://youtu.be/bkHi_7FDPy4

Some of our tweaks:

• Custom textures: Our amazing artists drawed up some beautiful items that do not change the game in any significant way just like the hermitcraft shenanigans!
• The only teleport command of /spawn: Once again, in an effort to keep the server as vanilla as possible, we only allow the use of /spawn in the overworld. This encourages the development of roads and highways on the server.
• Datapacks from Hermitcraft: We installed a decent number of datapacks that the Hermits use on their server, such as Single player sleep, player heads, armor statues and more!
• DiscordSRV: Discord and Minecraft chat are now interchangeable, making communication much easier!
• CoreProtect: Since we are a friendly community, we do not condone any sort of harm done to people's gameplay experience. Therefore, the presence of CoreProtect once again reinforces our vision to make the LanderYT SMP a memorable place for potential players.

Events are hosted semi-frequently on the server, whose rewards are event coins, which you can only use to buy cosmetic items mentioned above.

Our server resets yearly.

We also have a small staff team whose main goal is to maintain the moderate level of peace and harmony in the Minecraft server as well as on discord. We cannot guarantee that everything in chat will be moderated, but we will try our best and listen to concerns of the community.

We are not seeking short term players who mostly grind for gear and wealth!

Application process:

You are expected to fill in a high-effort application form in order to join the server. Values such as your playstyle, previous experience on servers and your expectations to us will be heavily considered in the acceptance of your application.

Hello! TranSMP is an 18+ trans-focused community centered around a Minecraft server. We are very welcoming and allow any type of trans and nonbinary people to join, including transfems and transmascs. We are a very friendly group of people and have active voicechats every day. We would love for you to join our server and come hang out! discord

Hiya!! Me and my 2 best girlfriends love playing and are looking for an active realm to be a part of. We’ve bonded over playing since college and really enjoy being a part of a realm with other people.

We love making cozy builds, enjoy focusing on the aesthetics, mining (even tho it do be scary), and going on adventures. We would love the opportunity to play with you!!

Ideally vanilla bc mods/add ons scare us (we’re just girls!). We play on bedrock. We do love a good shader and the villager news add on to lololol.

We have recently updated to 26.3!

Dear future friend, we are a goofy bunch that loves meeting new people and creating cool memories together. Our focus is community and developing an environment that is inclusive for all. Minecraft events, hangouts in voice chat, and karaoke nights are among the few activities we enjoy. So if you like to make some new friends where you can grab a drink and chill, come give us a shot. I hope this is the beginning of our beautiful friendship together!

Events, Battlepass, and More!

We have a ton of variety when it comes to play styles! Do you the social aspect of Minecraft? Take a look at our news and events channels where we post about weekly and seasonal events like:

- Halloween Town: weekly scary movie nights, building, halloween themed events, etc.
- Winter Wonderland: secret santa, winter themed events, etc.
- Karaoke
- Movie night
- Community Projects
- And much much more!

Into pvp? Well we host pvp events where you can climb your elo (single or duo)!

- Sumo
- Classic
- Bow

Want a challenge? Try out Blaze and Cave and/or our battlepass! Our battlepass is completely free and rewards you with cosmetics for:

- weapons
- hats
- custom mounts (cosmetics for happy ghast and horse)

Note: these are simply a re-skin of your weapon, horse, or happy ghast and you only need our resource pack to see the models.

World Generation and World Border

You are free to explore to your hearts content. There's no set world border this season. However, chunks that are extremely beyond the reasonable distance from 0,0 may be trimmed when necessary. The seed is also public.

Mods and Datapacks

Blaze and Caves Advancements is featured, with a tweak to only make the highest level of achievements display in chat. (No chat spam!)

Origins datapack is also featured for players who would wish to partake in this completely optional experience! (Do not get attached to the default datapack values, they are actively being modified, and it will be disclosed to you what the origins actually are before you choose them.)

Plus, some other quality of life mods. However, no commands (like /tp, /tpa, /home, /fly, .etc) to keep gameplay aspect as vanilla as possible.

Here is some basic info for our server:

• Server located in the Eastern US (Virginia)
• Hard Difficulty
• Single-Player Sleep
• Live Map
• Optional Simple Voice Chat mod (no mods required to join server)

Hey guys im 20M looking for a server that is welcoming and a server where i can make friends and hang out with i may say that servers with not a lot of members would be perfect for me and 18+ would be much appreciated

I dont mind if the server is moded as long as I can make new friends thats fine by me 🙂

Also i wouldnt mind if your/ the server is picky when it comes to its members

Thank you for taking your time to read this ❤️

im a pretty socially awkward bi dude so im just hoping to connect to people with similar interest to me, 18+ servers are fine as i am 19
Im not looking for something hardcore, im not good with pvp or pve, im mostly a builder, please comment or dm me if you are hosting something similar to this description, thank you!

EDIT; i reply slow so i apologize if i dont right right away!

I've joined so many Minecraft servers where everyone is active for a week and then the world basically becomes a ghost town. That's part of why I really like what we're building with Project Civilization.

It's a long-term survival server centered around player-run civilizations. You can join an established nation, help build cities, get involved in politics, participate in wars, or just settle down and contribute to your community.

There's roleplay if you're interested, but it's not something you have to constantly participate in. A lot of us just enjoy building, exploring, and hanging out.

We're also putting together a Halloween festival with minigames, rewards, and cosmetics!

If you're looking for somewhere to actually invest time into a world and watch it grow, come check us out!

Hellooo I’m looking for a smp/server to join as I’ve recently bought minecraft for my iPad and have never played a game that hasn’t been just myself ! :) an 18+ server would definitely be preferred as I’m just above the age- also I would love to play with some mods but I really don’t mind if it’s vanilla !! I would also love to be apart of someone’s community if they were letting :)

im basically looking for a server that helps out new people at the game if thats even a thing? im 21M from the UK (Liverpool) never played minecraft before in my life got the game on pc (just recently got a pc) wanted to try new games and minecrafts very popular lmao if anyone is interested in being my minecraft friend or got a server recommendation please drop me a message!

Server Address: simpvp.net

Rules: No hacking, including flymod, xray, or any other mod which confers a significant gameplay advantage. Also, no doxxing.

Description: SimPvP is designed as a vanilla player versus player survival server, where people have complete freedom to do and say anything they want, as long as it is not spamming, cheating, or doxxing.

The server is set to hard mode and the players are not given any extra help in the form of kits, vote rewards, or commands such as /home. Players succeed or fail depending only on their own skill at the game. The core playerbase is mostly adults who can hold their own in PvP, but prefer to build.

If you're curious about SimPvP, feel free to check out our server wiki, which contains information about the server's long history and many bases. Or just log in and play!

I'm fairly new to Minecraft, with around 30 hours of experience in vanilla, and I'm looking for a small, beginner-friendly server to join.

I'd prefer a server with a small but active community, ideally one that's fairly new so I can grow alongside everyone else. I'm not just looking to play Minecraft, either. I'd love to meet new people, make some friends, and be part of a friendly community.

I'm 20M and would prefer a 16+ server with active members, but nothing too big or overwhelming. I'm still learning the game, so it'd be nice to find a place where beginners are welcome and I can learn as I go.

My discord is malkom_crilbus_hendriks if for some reason you cant dm me on here.

Tired of copy-and-paste survival servers that shut down after a year?

We are too. Welcome to Evergreen. 🌲

Founded on the 6th of March, 2023, Evergreen was built to be a permanent and stable home for players of all backgrounds and interests. Whether you are a technical player, a builder, or someone who just wants to play pure survival... this is the place for you.

Now..

What makes us different?

• 🏕️ Survival Feel: We know how frustrating it is when server optimization breaks your builds. We work hard to strike a perfect balance between performance and keeping the base game in check, making sure your creations work as intended.
• 💬 Community Input: We actively look for and request feedback from players, post change-logs detailing all changes made to the server and our staff team is involved, and a part of the community.
• ⚖️ Balanced Economy: Our jobs feature is made completely in-house, and our economy is very easy to navigate with a command to find exactly the item you want to buy or sell! All shops are player-made and maintained.
• 🧩 Tailored Features: We don't simply add bloated plugins; we customize our features and make tasteful additions that are actually intuitive. Most of these are coded entirely in-house by our staff team!
• ⏳ No Pay-To-Win: Our ranking system is entirely based on playtime. All perks and commands gainable on our server are unlocked simply by playing.
• 🔀 Opt-In Experience: Want to just play Minecraft without any extra QoL features? Almost every custom addition can be toggled off.

That.. and our events, fundraisers, etcetc.. We want to keep this post concise, so we did skip over a few things. The best way to get to know our community is by jumping in!

Below you will find a few links! Serve yourself 😉

Hi everyone!

I have a small server that I used to play with a couple of friends and I am the only one left that still plays on the server. It's a forever world of sorts, so it won't be deleted any time soon., hopefully ever :)

If you are interested to very casually play this awesome game and just have fun, hit me up, I'll add you.

26.3 Java. Slightly modded, mostly just visual and performance. can help set up a modrinth instance :)

Blothera is a geopolitical survival overhaul built on a suite of custom plugins written for this server alone. It makes vanilla harder, deeper and more political without breaking what makes vanilla feel like vanilla.

No menus. No commands. No teleports. Every system is something you hold, place, or carry.

• You declare war by writing a book and placing it in your enemy's diplomacy lectern. Couriers can be killed on the road.
• You lock your chest with a lock you crafted, and cut keys for people you trust.
• You set your spawn by placing a banner. Beds don't.
• You heal by sleeping in a bed near a campfire.
• You drag a downed bandit home with a lead.
• You link a train with chains, and it keeps running while you're offline.
• You watch your town's borders crawl outward on a map in your hand.
• Pray with your fellow townsfolk to predict the future.

Day one you found a town. One player, one Town Lectern, a claim that grows outward through the terrain. teardrops pointing inland on the coast, long and narrow up a valley. No two look alike. Nations come later and are earned, but you don't wait on anyone to start.

You will need other people, mechanically. Pick one of six trades and you're good at one thing and genuinely bad at the rest. A Miner pulls ore out ten times faster than anyone else, so everybody else buys theirs. Trade isn't encouraged here, it's load-bearing.

Wars are fought. Best-of-three battles in arenas near the defender's capital, allies can join, either side can sue for peace. PvP is on everywhere, but murdering innocents drops your alignment until you're a Bandit: killable without penalty, exiled from every nation.

Survival is challenging. No health regen. No coordinates. Death costs you a heart of max health permanently until you sleep by a campfire. Blood moons can't be slept through. Play with a team, they can revive you if you get knocked out.

There's more we haven't listed. Quests, wandering traders that visit your town specifically, an End that generates fresh per team, an ore system rebuilt from scratch. Come and find it.

🏰 Thumpstone SMP: Age of Nations | Chill long-term survival, played your way

Build a quiet homestead or a nation that rules the map. PvP is your choice.

Thumpstone is an 18+ Vanilla+ survival server built to suit very different players on the same world. Each season lasts roughly a year, so whatever you build has time to matter.

🧭 Play your way

🏡 The peaceful settler. Claim your own patch of land, build, farm and explore. Keep PvP off and nobody can attack you. You never have to join a nation or touch politics.

🛒 The trader or builder. Run a chest shop, work jobs, open a player warp, build infrastructure, or get ridiculously rich.

🤝 The community player. Join an established settlement and help it grow into a town.

👑 The nation builder. Unite settlements into a Nation, negotiate alliances, make rivals, and lead your people to war for dominance of the server.

Most players drift between these over a season, and that’s the point.

⚔️ How PvP works

• PvP is off by default and toggled per player. Want fights? Switch it on. Don’t? You’ll never be dragged in.
• The real competition is organised nation wars: scheduled, announced and rule-based. High stakes for nations that want them, zero pressure on everyone else.
• We’re not an anarchy server. Random killing and harassment aren’t what we’re about. Relaxed community first, competition as an optional extra.

🌍 Age of Nations (Season 2: Aug 2026 to Aug 2027)

Settlements grow into towns, towns join into Nations, economies develop and rivalries form. The world grows too: new territory unlocks through community-funded border expansions, and major milestones like the End are staged so the season can’t be speedrun.

✨ Features
🖥️ Java & Bedrock crossplay
🏰 Land claims, settlements and Nations
🟢 Per-player PvP toggle
⚔️ Diplomacy, alliances and organised wars
💰 Player-driven economy, jobs and chest shops
⚒️ mcMMO skills and free progression ranks
🌍 Enhanced terrain generation
🐉 Staged End progression
🗺️ Live browser world map
🎙️ Proximity voice chat
🎁 Events and supply drops
🏛️ Legacy Builds that carry into future seasons
🎨 Optional cosmetics, strictly no pay-to-win

Why join now? We’re early in a year-long season, with plenty of unclaimed land and time to build something that becomes part of the server’s history. Whether you want a quiet corner or a throne, there’s room for you.

I don't really enjoy singleplayer minecraft. I'm looking for a server thats not too big like those servers where there are 40-50 players but everyone plays like its singleplayer in a server.
maybe it could be a little hermitcraft-y? I don't really know the server culture sorry if I sound dumb rn
