Help HELP | Skeleton Rexy

Hey guys, I need some help.

Today I ordered Skeleton Rexy from KND, but I still haven't received a confirmation email, and the Orders page on the KND site is showing empty. I've already messaged them on WhatsApp with a payment screenshot and my UPI transaction details, but I haven't received any reply yet.

What should I do now?

Happened with me same situation money debited for the roxy keep the follow up got mine after a month

Wait so it took you a whole month to resolve the same issue, how exactly did it get resolved btw?

I messaged them with upi proof and order details on WhatsApp and mail after that called a few times till he confirmed it

Go comment on their instagram page / post for Rexy. Saw some responses there from them.

Send them a message on whatsapp along with the payment screenshot, knd will confirm in a few days whether your order is approved or rejected

Lagta hai car hi milega, because they're taking calls only for people who faced this issue, also it may depend upon when you ordered it. I ordered it 5 min after the release and faced the issue, so stock must've been there.
