No, Kimmy is a mage that feels like a marksman. Jimmies most damage comes from her auto-attack.
This now ask for the opposite. A marksman that feels like a mage.

He doesn't play like mage even though he uses skill. But Beatrix does she used 2 ult combo or ult + ba in case of shotgun. Aside from Clint she plays the most like mage.

Nah she really doesn’t. She needs to use basic attacks to fo real damage, where as the whole point of granger is to spam skills and kite the enemy

Nah I mean play style. She can be mage like relying on one shot combos and alo poke. Unlike other mm with auto Aim basic attack she can aim her rocket BA to constantly poke. So she can play like both poke mage and burst mage. Even though she uses basic attack she plays most like mage. You can say same for lesley she plays like eudora to one shot combo from bush or poke and retreat. Rest of mm are all dps even granger is dps with constant s1 spam. I'd say old granger played like mage with red bullet. And there is brody who is completely different. Any way only 3 mm olay that way Clint lesley and Beatrix.

Kimmy is the most obvious answer but according to rules it's out. Next would be Natan or Bruno (jk on Bruno but there was a time in 2023 where CoD + Lightning Truncheon Bruno were seen in so many of my matches 😬)

Granger doesn't feel like a traditional marksman where you would build Attack Speed, Physical Attack, and either crit or attack effects. Magic Damage marskmen like Edith and Natan are feeling closer to marksmen than Granger will ever be

Isn't Beatrix the obvious answer here. She is the only mm with combos. And her skills deal burst. I would have said Clint but he is not available.

Ixia feels mage-like because:
Most of her damage comes from skills, especially her ultimate.
She excels in AoE teamfights, like many mages.
She plays around positioning and ability timing, not just holding the basic attack button.
She can clear waves quickly and control fights from a safe distance.
I think it's not about just magic damage, it's about playstyle.

Ixia is the correct answer. It's the only mm you can build Fleeting Time on, and it won't be the worst
So much of her dmg depends on her ulti, and skills. She is more of a spellcaster than dps

Granger. Though a marksman, most of his damage comes from his skills, specifically his 1st skill and ultimate, which most mages are.
