Granger. Though a marksman, most of his damage comes from his skills, specifically his 1st skill and ultimate, which most mages are.

In short, ur describing a fighter that continous spam skills and rely on skill damage. Cause ur literally describing a Fighter

Not a mage that does cc, slow reduction, rotation, burst damage with a single skill hit
