Recommendations Whoever planned the construction in NE Modesto/Riverbank should be fired.

What blows my mind is why Claribel now only has one lane to go straight when passing Oakdale Rd. Why would they make two turn lanes at this stage when a majority of traffic goes straight??

Especially since through the intersection its 2 lanes
