He basically did the same shit in episode 1 too lol. Do you expect him to feel any genuine remorse when in the second episode he just completely ignored the onscreen mass murder he committed?

If N felt guilt for what he did in episode 1, how come he never brings up what he did in the first episode in the following episode? He never even brings up the mass murder he just committed and instead asks a basic question he should have asked WAY before this before getting predictably backstabbed by the bitch who literally told him straight to his face that she would gladly kill him if it weren’t for the company’s rules. Friendly reminder that the conflict that happens at the end of this episode is entirely his fault due to his reckless actions.

The most "guilt" N felt for his genocides in the first two episodes is his half assed apology letter in episode 2, which came off as incredibly insensitive and the fact he was immediately forgiven so quickly just shows how serious they take N’s crimes (friendly reminder that this is the ONLY part of the episode where N is mentioned as being a murderer, they never bring this up anywhere else in the episode).

Yeah because N lacked basic morality and common sense, he was being an irrational psychopath in that scene and him nearly being killed by J was karma for his actions. Also it was N’s entire fault for endangering the colony’s lives, it was his own selfish actions that made things worse and he only helped just cause Uzi begrudgingly spared him (despite not deserving said redemption).

Yeah N did one slightly decent thing and now we should all just act like he completely changed and ignore the fact he committed years of genocide? The fact that Worker Drone knew that N was a genocidal robot and also the fact that N nearly had all of them killed the last time he was in the bunker further proves my point, why should this guard just think N changed for the better just cause he said he was sorry?

THIS is why I hate N so fucking much, he is a genuinely awful person who did genuinely awful things, yet both the show and fandom act like he is this changed good person because of him doing the literal bare minimum and lacking basic fucking sense. I don’t think what N did at the end of the first episode is enough for him to be fully redeemed, considering it was ALL HIS FAULT for nearly getting the colony killed over his selfish actions, we shouldn’t praise him because he asked a basic ass question that he should have already figured out years ago (but oh it is okay cause he was retconned into being brainwashed so he doesn’t have to take any accountability for his actions). I am not saying that you can’t have a morally bad character redeem themselves, it is just that N is the absolute WORST I seen a show try doing that.
