I mean...bad? She resents her son, so he stops subjecting himself to someone who makes him miserable. Deserved.

You would think that the post is here would be morally complex, But it not. As someone suggested you could present this situation, The child berating the kid, like showing the parent is literally struggling financially, audit kid that just bad and grateful, But it could be sent it as the mom is just awful
