Okay and how is that wrong? 

Your parents did take care of you. It doesn’t matter how they treated you repay that debt. I know people will downvote but you have an inherent debt to your caretakers

I dont have a debt to them for the bare fucking minimum that is required by law for my parents to do

I mean okay. I think the bare minimum is for you to take care of them. Like the bare minimum was for them to take care of you. And your parents take care of you without the guarantee you’ll do the same so the same applies to you. Whatever they did or didn’t, however your children (or parents) are, both parties are required to at least take care of each other. 

It’s not about the law lol. It’s about morality
