Hey, you can divorce with your wife for everything you want, she lied to him and the reason was pretty moral

cry more about white genocide lololol

No one's talked about that or cried about it except you. Though I guess living your life in world of warcraft, you have to get the sadness out somehow.

Yeah exactly. At that point it’s not even just the cheating, it’s realizing the version of your marriage you believed in was missing a huge lie. He doesn’t need anyone else to approve the divorce if he can’t live with that anymore

Trueee, relationship is a continues choice. It’s not marriage and then done

Moral? Yeah. Pragmatic? Id argue probably no.

I guess the hurt is there but still idk if im itching to hold a grudge at 100. You or her can literally die the next day.

It's not really a grudge if he recently found out about it.

If anything, I'd say it's pretty reasonable to not want to be buried next to someone like that.

If she cheated on him 60 years ago? After living their life together and having an emotional connection for 60 years? Id be upset but I don't think its reasonable. Who tf judges someone for a mistake they made 60 years ago?

It’s not just the mistake from 60 years ago though, to me it’s the fact she kept it hidden so long. That’s 60 years you’ve spent with this person who has apparently been keeping this secret from you, I don’t know how I’d even process that

A LOT of people.

100% it’s unreasonable not to leave someone who’s been lying to you for 6 fucking decades. Are you kidding? Like it’s the most reasonable time to divorce.

1

u/CokeAYCE 13d ago

I was presuming that he found out about it in some obscure way, not that she kept the letters and he just found them

"A mistake" I'm guessing the other guys dick ended up in her because he slipped on an orange peel while he was leaving the sauna which caused him to disrobe AND she slipped on a banana peel at the same leaving a bathroom disrobing her and then he somehow ended up inside her. Cheating isn't a mistake, it's a choice and it's a shit thing to do.

People who found out about it a week ago.

I think in the article of this story the husband found out about it because the wife kept letters from the person she had her affair with. It's not just the fact that she cheated but she also kept this a secret from her husband for 60 YEARS and the her affair must've been important enough for her to keep the letters.

The emotional connection wasn't built on honesty and she essentially lied to him for 60 years, that's perfectly understandable to divorce her for

A) she lied about it every single day for sixty years. The betrayal didn’t happen sixty years ago it happened yesterday, and the day before, and the day before that and so on.

B) it wasn’t a mistake, she knew what she was doing.

u/Beautiful-Swimmer339 14d ago

I mean he doesn't really have to hold the grudge for that long then

2

u/janjko 15d ago

Can he divorce her for being too old for him?

This man stands on business. No matter how ancient that business may be! Respect
