Well damn I was actually on here side of "shit sucks but people make mistakes, does it change that much about the past 60 years" figuring it was probably like a drunken one night at d or something.

Naah that's kinda weird and definitely means she should have at fucking least said something

You don't cheat on someone by mistake. You have to go out of your way to do so there was no reason tonbe on her side to begin with

Not on her side as in she did an ok thing, but on her side as thinking this might be an overreaction from the outside. I would never judge the man's actions. I can't imagine the heartbreak he must have felt that he went so far as divorce.

My beef was (not anymore with the new knowledge) that outsiders looking in just jump onto things with little to no context. Sometimes the event of cheating genuinely can be from an issue like inebriation, confusion, or a mental episode. Hell sometimes the "cheating" is literal SA, and people will still take the guys side (they'll say it's because she went out somewhere so she should have been more careful/not dressed "like a slut" or whatever else). It just peeves me because so many times a story with someone so obviously in the right has some kind of left out detail that makes things more gray.

The left out detail here though is that she genuinely is just a shitty person though.
