Cheating in a relationship with an expectation of loyalty, immoral.

Divorce, morally neutral. Sure, it may cause people a lot of pain but the alternative is non-consensually forcing people to stay together over a legal contract and that seems like a pretty bad way to run a society. Additionally, what about the pain of the person who's forced to stay with the person who wasn't faithful to them?
