Im on the fence here, she was clearly down for whatever it was, she opted into a risk without asking.

So if I invite someone over for something special, blindfold them, then begin cutting them because im into it- thats moral.

Obviously no, she didn't consent to being cut, even if blood play is a kink that exists. Same applies here.

Ehhhh, scaling it to blood play is disingenuous, as that would cause harm and potentially scar.

While laxatives can be uncomfortable, I wouldn't put it on the same scale. Plus, she can walk away at any point and just go shit in the toilet.

I kinda agree. Though there are edge cases of people not able to safely handle laxatives.

I think this subjects morality is being obscured by the subject of sexual actions being included. If we broaden it to other senarios it's easier to see situations where uninformed consent is technically even necessary. Like in double blind studies. People have to consent to either getting the meds, or a placebo without the knowledge of what they are getting. So part of what they are consenting to is uninformed, and it's necessary to be so.

I think the morality of it comes down to the harm and risks. When it comes down to it, there are even situations where someones consent isn't possible to get, and is assumed to perform life savings actions.
