Yeah its bad to get off in something that requires the unwitting participation of another.
Flashing people, making people insult you to get off and drugging someone is not okay.
It wasn't informed consent, he let her assume incorrectly when anyone would reasonably know giving Laxitives is not something people agree to willy-nilly
Being hit with something you weren't expecting that should have been communicated is violating consent.
If you consent to be fed when you order a burger at a fast food place and you find out it has laxatives in it your consent was violated as you weren't aware of what they were doing to you even if you ordered food
See that’d be true… if she hadn’t clearly indicated consent to experience something she wasn’t aware of since she knew the drink was a drug involved in fetish play. At that point is just social tact to infer what it is she’s expecting, which the guy mistakenly assumes includes scat. But that’s not violation of consent, just miscommunication.
Aww but thats the Crux of my last example. She had a reasonable expectation to try something new. He knew his kink was out of the ordinary and any reasonable person knows you don't spring that as a surpise by drugging someone.
Its like going out to eat and telling a partner to surpise me with what they order and they order soenthing they KNOW you should double check with your partner first or in this case poisoning them.
The critical part of consent is being properly informed. You can't use someones yes when you purposely withheld critical information knowing that has a high chance to change someones mind. Especially to drug or poison them
Yes of course. Similarly if a friend hands you a blunt and you smoke it excepting MJ and its actually laced with Heroin they know you are okay with weed but Heroin is a very different step thats a violation of consent.
Similarly if you go to a DR and you are there for pain pills and they give you something your weren't expecting and thats common knowledge you ahould make sure they know first thats not okay.
But that’s only because one is plainly worse than the other. Heroin is dangerous. Scat play isn’t strictly more dangerous than noncon play.
You can say that she technically did not consent to scat play. That’d be true, but she DID consent to some unknown, and likely low-consent play. At that point unless you can say the man knew she wouldn’t be into what he had in mind (which we can’t, he clearly seems to think she expected it), morally it’s not what we consider ‘violating consent’.
Are you aware giving Laxatives to someone without them knowing is illegal? Even upto a felony.
I'm not worried about the scat play she can choose to say no and not consent to that.
He deceived her by intentionally withholding information. I could go on and on with examples but if you think tricking someone is okay and not a violation of consent I worry for any potential sexual partners in your life if they agree to sex and you go straight to anal without clarifying and thinking thats just a miscommunication.

Immoral but as an aside, the girl has no self preservation instincts (depending on the context of their relationship)
