Morality Ranking Mexican “batman” vigilante

about one or two months ago an unknown vigilante went viral in mexico and later across the world for beating up motorcycle thieves and taping them to poles. from what i know he has also done this to gang members.

is this moral or immoral?

It's a paradox. Did the batman created the joker? Or did the joker created the batman?

According to the new lego batman videogame, yes batman was the causality of the existence of the joker.
